【摘要】：正本刊杭州訊:中國食品添加劑和配料協(xié)會增稠-乳化-品質(zhì)改良劑專業(yè)委員會2014年年會于10月22-23日在杭州市召開。本次年會的規(guī)模又有所擴大,來自全國各地的增稠劑、乳化劑和品質(zhì)改良劑的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)、應用單位、研究機構(gòu)、大專院校的代表共100余人出席了會議。協(xié)會薛毅秘書長首先致辭,他歡迎各位嘉賓和代表的到來,希望大家充分利用這次年會這個平臺,交流經(jīng)驗,互通信息,積極參與共同推動行業(yè)標準化工作及行業(yè)管理工作。專業(yè)委員會秘書長劉鐘棟教授做了2012-2014年度行業(yè)發(fā)展和專業(yè)委員會工
[Abstract]:Hangzhou: China Food Additives and ingredients Association thickening-emulsifying-quality improver professional committee 2014 annual meeting was held in Hangzhou on October 22-23. The scale of the annual meeting was also expanded, and more than 100 representatives of thickening agents, emulsifiers and quality modifiers from all over the country, enterprises, application units, research institutions, and colleges and universities attended the meeting. Secretary General Xue Yi of the Association addressed the guests and delegates at the outset. He expressed the hope that all of you will make full use of this platform to exchange experiences, exchange information, and actively participate in the promotion of industry standardization and industry management. Professor Liu Zhongdong, Secretary General of the Professional Committee, worked on the Industry Development and Professional Committee for 2012-2014
