【摘要】：近年來(lái)在我國(guó)的化纖行業(yè)一直以較快的速度在增長(zhǎng),其中錦綸工業(yè)這一塊也被帶動(dòng)著以穩(wěn)定的態(tài)勢(shì)在發(fā)展。這一發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)使得我們的錦綸產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)量雖已具有相當(dāng)大的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是我國(guó)的整個(gè)錦綸工業(yè)也日益面臨著國(guó)際同行業(yè)較為先進(jìn)的管理方法、更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)和更為成熟先進(jìn)的技術(shù)的挑戰(zhàn)。在這種情況下研究企業(yè)的質(zhì)量保證體系對(duì)于找出企業(yè)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出改進(jìn)措施,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。本文主要運(yùn)用管理學(xué)、質(zhì)量管理學(xué)及當(dāng)今質(zhì)量管理模式、質(zhì)量管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等理論對(duì)華鼎公司的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出存在的問(wèn)題及其產(chǎn)生的原因,根據(jù)公司的實(shí)際情況從組織、流程、制度、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、管理模式等方面提出對(duì)策,以此來(lái)提高公司的質(zhì)量保證能力。 通過(guò)研究本文得出以下結(jié)論： (1)企業(yè)質(zhì)量保證能力的提升不僅僅是質(zhì)量管理部門(mén)的事。質(zhì)量保證的能力水平體現(xiàn)的是一個(gè)企業(yè)的整體管理水平。 (2)公司之質(zhì)量保證能力的提高必須要做到全員的參與,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的高度重視。 (3)企業(yè)質(zhì)量保證能力與質(zhì)量體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的運(yùn)用水平直接相關(guān)。嚴(yán)格遵循標(biāo)準(zhǔn)程序進(jìn)行管理,并從設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中就開(kāi)始高度重視質(zhì)量隱患。 (4)對(duì)待質(zhì)量管理工作應(yīng)當(dāng)用權(quán)變的管理思想。任何企業(yè)都不能照搬其他企業(yè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),同一企業(yè)的不同發(fā)展階段也應(yīng)該采用不同的質(zhì)量管理辦法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the chemical fiber industry in China has been growing at a relatively fast speed, in which the nylon industry is also driven by the steady development situation. This development situation has made the production of our nylon products have a considerable advantage, but the entire nylon industry in China is increasingly facing more advanced management methods in the same international industry. The challenge of better service and more sophisticated technology. In this case, it is of great significance to study the quality assurance system of enterprises in order to find out the weak links of enterprises, put forward the improvement measures and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper mainly uses the theories of management, quality management, current quality management and quality management standards to analyze the present situation of quality management in Huading Company, and find out the existing problems and their causes. According to the actual situation of the company from the organization, process, system, standards, management mode and other aspects of countermeasures to improve the company's quality assurance ability. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the improvement of enterprise quality assurance ability is not only a matter of quality management department. The ability level of quality assurance reflects the overall management level of an enterprise. (2) the improvement of the quality assurance ability of the company must achieve the participation of the whole staff and the high attention of the leaders. (3) the quality assurance ability of enterprises is directly related to the application level of quality system standards. Strictly follow the standard procedures for management, and from the design process began to attach great importance to quality risks. (4) the management thought of contingency should be used in quality management. No enterprise can copy the successful experience of other enterprises, and different quality management methods should be adopted in different stages of development of the same enterprise.
