鄂爾多斯電業(yè)局電量信息采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)工程項目管理
[Abstract]:At present, the science of project management has developed rapidly and has been widely recognized and valued. Project management has been applied to many industries of the national economy. In the future, the application of project management will be further expanded. System construction and professional management will be further improved, it will bring economic benefits will be more and more huge. Relying on the rapid development of economy, the electric power industry of our country has achieved remarkable results with its advanced development thinking and reliable technical force. At present, the development of the electric power industry is faced with a rapid development speed and a large space for development. The development tends to the internationalization characteristic, this impels our country electric power engineering project management to change from the extensive management to the intensive type management, realizes the electric power project management specialization and the refinement through the polity separation and the diversification investment and so on. As an electric power project, the electric power information collection and monitoring system of Ordos Electric Power Bureau has the characteristics of participating in many construction units, complicated system flow, frequent construction, shortage of construction personnel, etc. It has affected the construction progress, construction safety and engineering quality of the electric energy information collection and monitoring system project. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the problems existing in the implementation process of the project in order to ensure the completion of the project's construction objectives and overcome the difficulties faced by the project. And take effective project management measures. Based on the engineering project management of the electric power information collection and monitoring system in Ordos Electric Power Bureau, the paper deeply studies the project management measures based on the theory of project management. Based on the investigation and analysis of the construction of mining and control project, the key factors, such as the construction background, objective and organization structure of the project, are defined, and the factors influencing the progress, quality and safety of the electric power information collection and monitoring system of Ordos Electric Power Bureau are obtained. This paper puts forward the method of project flow control, which brings quality management, schedule management and safety management into the process control, and gets more outstanding results compared with the previous management methods. The paper also focuses on the quality management and other management measures in the engineering, which makes the paper more practical guiding significance for the project management of the electric power information collection and monitoring system of the Ordos Electric Power Bureau. Thus, it provides a certain theoretical basis for the development of smart grid.
