約翰迪爾天拖公司ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用績效評價研究

【摘要】:摘要:以信息技術(shù)為代表的高新技術(shù)正帶領(lǐng)人們邁入信息時代。但是隨著信息化進程的不斷加快,企業(yè)所面臨的競爭環(huán)境也越來越殘酷,因而希望通過信息化來加強企業(yè)管理,提升企業(yè)綜合競爭實力,鞏固企業(yè)競爭地位成為大勢所趨,這就導(dǎo)致對ERP的投資越來越關(guān)注。就目前而言,我國的企業(yè)對ERP已經(jīng)有了足夠的重視,并取得了很大的成就,并且發(fā)展趨勢也很樂觀。但經(jīng)過多年的發(fā)展仍然面臨許多亟待解決的問題,這些問題制約著ERP向更深與更高層次的提升。其中一個至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié)就是如何科學(xué)、有效、合理的對ERP項目的應(yīng)用成果進行評價,正確揭示ERP的使用情況。一種科學(xué)有效的評估方法,對于ERP的推廣及提高,推動企業(yè)信息化進程的加快,企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的完善,都起著重要的作用。 本文在借鑒學(xué)習(xí)目前國內(nèi)外對ERP績效評價的相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,進行一下幾個方面的研究:首先介紹了平衡計分卡法的相關(guān)理論及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并對比分析該方法在ERP績效評價中的優(yōu)勢,分析ERP應(yīng)用對企業(yè)績效的影響;根據(jù)ERP系統(tǒng)與平衡計分卡的適用性分析,在指標(biāo)體系的建立上采用‘平衡計分卡’評價方法全面考察ERP在企業(yè)各個方面應(yīng)用是否成功,建立基于平衡計分卡的四個維度的指標(biāo)體系,四個維度包括財務(wù)、顧客、內(nèi)部業(yè)務(wù)及學(xué)習(xí)與發(fā)展;其次在指標(biāo)權(quán)數(shù)的設(shè)置上,采用層次分析法和專家綜合評價法,構(gòu)造模糊評價矩陣,給出計算指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。在綜合評價模型的建立上,采用多層次模糊綜合評價法建立ERP綜合評價模型。最后以約翰迪爾天拖公司的具體案例,運用本文所構(gòu)建的指標(biāo)評價體系的方法和綜合評價模型對其進行評價,得出最終評價結(jié)果,供企業(yè)相關(guān)部門參考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: high-tech represented by information technology is leading people into the information age. However, with the rapid development of information technology, the competitive environment that enterprises are facing is becoming more and more cruel. Therefore, it is hoped to strengthen the management of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises through information technology. This leads to more and more attention to the investment in ERP. At present, Chinese enterprises have paid enough attention to ERP, and have made great achievements, and the development trend is very optimistic. However, after years of development, there are still many problems that need to be solved. These problems restrict the promotion of ERP to a deeper and higher level. One of the most important links is how to evaluate the application results of ERP project scientifically, effectively and reasonably, and reveal the usage of ERP correctly. A scientific and effective evaluation method plays an important role in the promotion and improvement of ERP, the acceleration of enterprise information process and the improvement of enterprise information system. On the basis of studying the relevant research results of ERP performance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper makes some research on the following aspects: firstly, it introduces the relevant theory and application status of balanced Scorecard method. The advantage of this method in ERP performance evaluation is analyzed, and the influence of ERP application on enterprise performance is analyzed. According to the applicability analysis of ERP system and balanced scorecard, the evaluation method of "balanced Scorecard" is adopted to evaluate the success of ERP in every aspect of enterprise. Establish the index system of four dimensions based on balanced scorecard, including finance, customer, internal business, learning and development; Secondly, the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert comprehensive evaluation method, and the weight of the index is given. In the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation model, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of ERP. Finally, with the specific case of John Deere Tiantao Company, using the method of the index evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation model, the final evaluation results are obtained for the reference of the relevant departments of the enterprise.
