基于SLP和仿真技術(shù)的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)布局優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer software and hardware and the increase of people's individualized demand, the competition of production and processing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Food processing enterprises pay more attention to food safety, hygiene and cost effectiveness. Besides the utilization of equipment and the operating speed of employees, other factors will affect the cost of the enterprise, and the layout of the workshop in the production and processing zone of the enterprise will also have an impact on the cost of the enterprise. At the same time, due to the unreasonable layout of the workshop caused by the waste phenomenon abound. In this paper, the structure of the production logistics system of YDS food processing enterprise and the technological process of production and processing at the west point of the food processing enterprise are analyzed by combining the design method of system layout with the simulation technology and taking the food processing enterprise as the research object. According to the steps of the SLP method, the original layout scheme is optimized, some new layout schemes are redesigned, and some new layout schemes are compared with the weighting factor method, and a better one is selected as the research object of modeling and simulation. Combining with the professional simulation software Arena, the paper establishes the model of the West Point product packaging and testing stage of the enterprise, simulates, analyzes the running results, and obtains a reasonable and better scheme through the process of "Design-Simulation-Evaluation-Modification" several times. The reasonable and effective optimization design of the production logistics system not only makes the layout of the production logistics factory area standard, the workshop layout reasonable, the working procedure can be effectively connected, but also improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost of the food processing enterprise. It has realized the quickness and flexibility of the production system flow, and has certain guiding significance for the system layout design of the whole food processing industry and other industries. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) several typical production logistics systems are compared, and the unreasonable problems in the layout of different production logistics systems are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various system layout design methods are analyzed, and the method of combining system layout design method with simulation technology is selected. (2) combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic elements of the system layout design of the collected products and the output, and makes a systematic study, design and evaluation on the overall layout of the production and processing zone at the west point of the enterprise. (3) the modeling steps of Arena are expounded, and the Arena simulation model is established by selecting two kinds of western point product packaging and testing stages of YDS food processing enterprises, and the parameter setting process is introduced in turn. Finally, the Arena simulation operation report is analyzed. The simulation results show that the model is representative of the actual system to some extent. (4) compile the check list of scheme factors, compare and evaluate the original layout scheme and the new scheme by using the advantage and disadvantage comparison method which is easy to carry out, and explain to some extent the new scheme in facility layout and auxiliary workshop setting. Production safety and other advantages, improve staff efficiency, create a good working environment, reduce waste. The innovation of this paper mainly has two aspects: first, this paper combines the system layout design method with the professional simulation software Arena simulation technology. It provides an effective and scientific method and technology for production logistics management and layout design of production logistics system. Secondly, using the simplified model method, using Arena to represent the whole system in some stages to build the model, and combining with the practice, analyzing the results of the operation, comparing the new and the old scheme.
