基于SLP和仿真技術(shù)的企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)布局優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件的不斷發(fā)展和人們個(gè)性化需求的增長(zhǎng),生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈。食品加工企業(yè)更注重食品的安全衛(wèi)生以及成本效益,,除了設(shè)備的利用率、員工的操作速度等因素會(huì)影響企業(yè)成本以外,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工區(qū)的車間布局也會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)成本產(chǎn)生影響,同時(shí),由于車間布局不合理造成的浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象比比皆是。本文采用系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法與仿真技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方法,以食品加工企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,分析了YDS食品加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)以及該企業(yè)西點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)加工的工藝流程,根據(jù)SLP方法的步驟,對(duì)原有布置方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,重新設(shè)計(jì)出了若干新的布局方案,并用加權(quán)因素法對(duì)若干新方案進(jìn)行比較,選擇出較優(yōu)的一個(gè)作為建模仿真的研究對(duì)象。再結(jié)合專業(yè)仿真軟件Arena,對(duì)該企業(yè)的西點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品包裝與檢測(cè)階段建立模型,進(jìn)行仿真,分析運(yùn)行結(jié)果,不斷通過多次的“設(shè)計(jì)-仿真-評(píng)價(jià)-修改”過程得到合理較優(yōu)的方案。對(duì)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行合理有效的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),不僅使得生產(chǎn)物流廠區(qū)內(nèi)部布局規(guī)范,車間布置合理,工序能有效銜接,而且提高了該食品加工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)流程的快速化和柔性化,對(duì)于整個(gè)食品加工行業(yè)以及其他行業(yè)的系統(tǒng)布局設(shè)計(jì)也具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。 本論文的研究成果主要有以下幾點(diǎn): (1)對(duì)幾種比較典型的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了比較,分析了不同類型的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)在布局上存在的不合理問題,并且對(duì)多種系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)的方法進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析,選擇了系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法與仿真技術(shù)相結(jié)合的方法。 (2)結(jié)合企業(yè)實(shí)際,對(duì)收集的產(chǎn)品、產(chǎn)量等系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)基本要素進(jìn)行了分析,并對(duì)該企業(yè)西點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)加工區(qū)的總體布局進(jìn)行較系統(tǒng)的研究、設(shè)計(jì)和評(píng)價(jià)。 (3)闡述了Arena的建模步驟,選取YDS食品加工企業(yè)兩種西點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品包裝與檢測(cè)階段來建立Arena仿真模型,并依次介紹了參數(shù)設(shè)置過程,最后分析了Arena仿真運(yùn)行報(bào)告,利用仿真結(jié)果對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,表明了所建模型在一定程度上對(duì)實(shí)際系統(tǒng)的代表性。 (4)編制了方案因素檢點(diǎn)表,利用比較容易實(shí)行的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)比較法對(duì)原有布置方案和新方案進(jìn)行比較評(píng)價(jià),在一定程度上說明了新方案在設(shè)施布置、輔助車間設(shè)置、生產(chǎn)安全性等方面的優(yōu)勢(shì),提高了員工的效率,創(chuàng)造了良好的工作環(huán)境,減少了浪費(fèi)。 本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)主要有兩個(gè)方面:第一,本文將系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)方法與專業(yè)仿真軟件Arena仿真技術(shù)結(jié)合使用,為企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流管理和生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)提供了有效科學(xué)的方法和技術(shù)。第二,采用簡(jiǎn)化模型的方法,運(yùn)用Arena以部分階段代表整個(gè)系統(tǒng)來建立模型,并結(jié)合實(shí)際,分析運(yùn)行結(jié)果,對(duì)新舊方案進(jìn)行比較。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of computer software and hardware and the increase of people's individualized demand, the competition of production and processing enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Food processing enterprises pay more attention to food safety, hygiene and cost effectiveness. Besides the utilization of equipment and the operating speed of employees, other factors will affect the cost of the enterprise, and the layout of the workshop in the production and processing zone of the enterprise will also have an impact on the cost of the enterprise. At the same time, due to the unreasonable layout of the workshop caused by the waste phenomenon abound. In this paper, the structure of the production logistics system of YDS food processing enterprise and the technological process of production and processing at the west point of the food processing enterprise are analyzed by combining the design method of system layout with the simulation technology and taking the food processing enterprise as the research object. According to the steps of the SLP method, the original layout scheme is optimized, some new layout schemes are redesigned, and some new layout schemes are compared with the weighting factor method, and a better one is selected as the research object of modeling and simulation. Combining with the professional simulation software Arena, the paper establishes the model of the West Point product packaging and testing stage of the enterprise, simulates, analyzes the running results, and obtains a reasonable and better scheme through the process of "Design-Simulation-Evaluation-Modification" several times. The reasonable and effective optimization design of the production logistics system not only makes the layout of the production logistics factory area standard, the workshop layout reasonable, the working procedure can be effectively connected, but also improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost of the food processing enterprise. It has realized the quickness and flexibility of the production system flow, and has certain guiding significance for the system layout design of the whole food processing industry and other industries. The main research results of this paper are as follows: (1) several typical production logistics systems are compared, and the unreasonable problems in the layout of different production logistics systems are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various system layout design methods are analyzed, and the method of combining system layout design method with simulation technology is selected. (2) combined with the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic elements of the system layout design of the collected products and the output, and makes a systematic study, design and evaluation on the overall layout of the production and processing zone at the west point of the enterprise. (3) the modeling steps of Arena are expounded, and the Arena simulation model is established by selecting two kinds of western point product packaging and testing stages of YDS food processing enterprises, and the parameter setting process is introduced in turn. Finally, the Arena simulation operation report is analyzed. The simulation results show that the model is representative of the actual system to some extent. (4) compile the check list of scheme factors, compare and evaluate the original layout scheme and the new scheme by using the advantage and disadvantage comparison method which is easy to carry out, and explain to some extent the new scheme in facility layout and auxiliary workshop setting. Production safety and other advantages, improve staff efficiency, create a good working environment, reduce waste. The innovation of this paper mainly has two aspects: first, this paper combines the system layout design method with the professional simulation software Arena simulation technology. It provides an effective and scientific method and technology for production logistics management and layout design of production logistics system. Secondly, using the simplified model method, using Arena to represent the whole system in some stages to build the model, and combining with the practice, analyzing the results of the operation, comparing the new and the old scheme.
