【摘要】：新疆的紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)過60多年的發(fā)展，目前已經(jīng)成為新疆的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)之一，并且是新疆發(fā)展?jié)摿^大的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。在發(fā)展新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的原料方面，棉花資源的優(yōu)勢(shì)是最明顯的。雖然在我國各省中新疆的棉花產(chǎn)量最大，但是其紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模卻比較小，，2011年新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模在全國各省中排17位。所以，對(duì)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展的影響因素研究對(duì)促進(jìn)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展有重要意義，同時(shí)也對(duì)其他弱小產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展給予一些啟示。 本文將理論分析和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合，首先對(duì)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量及結(jié)構(gòu)、成本及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究，提出新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模較小的問題。再根據(jù)工業(yè)區(qū)位選擇理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭力理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)等相關(guān)理論，概括出紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展壯大的重要影響因素。 然后本人利用2011年《中國紡織工業(yè)發(fā)展報(bào)告》中全國各省的紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)、年鑒數(shù)據(jù)、中國棉花網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)等，建立多元線性回歸模型，驗(yàn)證原料因素、勞動(dòng)力因素、資本因素、市場(chǎng)因素、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈以及政府政策對(duì)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的作用力。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)資本、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)因素對(duì)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展的影響力較大，其他因素的作用力相對(duì)較小。在以上基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合新疆各因素的具體實(shí)際，將各因素對(duì)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，概括出拉力因素和阻力因素。 最后，根據(jù)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和本文對(duì)其定性分析和定量分析的結(jié)果，對(duì)新疆紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模發(fā)展提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:After more than 60 years of development, the textile industry in Xinjiang has become one of the important industries in Xinjiang, and is one of the industries with great development potential. In the development of Xinjiang textile industry raw materials, cotton resources advantage is the most obvious. Although Xinjiang has the largest cotton output in our country, its textile industry scale is relatively small. In 2011, Xinjiang textile industry ranked 17 out of all provinces in China. Therefore, the study on the influencing factors of Xinjiang textile industry scale development has important significance to promote the rapid development of Xinjiang textile industry, but also gives some enlightenment to other small and weak industry scale development. Combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, this paper firstly studies the present situation of Xinjiang textile industry from the aspects of industrial scale, product output and structure, cost and economic benefit, and puts forward the problem of small scale of Xinjiang textile industry. Then according to the theory of industrial location selection, industrial competitiveness theory, industrial chain, industrial correlation and other related theories, this paper summarizes the important factors influencing the development and growth of textile industry. Then I establish a multivariate linear regression model to verify the factors of raw material and labor force by using the relevant data of textile industry of all provinces, yearbook data, data of China Cotton net and so on in the 2011 China Textile Industry Development report. Capital factor, market factor, industry relation, industry chain and government policy influence the development of textile industry. The results show that industrial capital and related factors have great influence on the development of textile industry in Xinjiang, while the other factors play a relatively small role in the development of Xinjiang textile industry. On the basis of the above, combined with the actual situation of various factors in Xinjiang, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the influence of each factor on the development of textile industry in Xinjiang, and generalizes the pull factor and resistance factor. Finally, according to the present situation of Xinjiang textile industry and the results of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the development of Xinjiang textile industry.
