生態(tài)工業(yè)園企業(yè)環(huán)境行為及影響因素研究

【摘要】：上世紀(jì)90年代,許多國家引入產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理念,通過構(gòu)建生態(tài)工業(yè)園區(qū),改善工業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境保護之間的矛盾。我國在實施國家生態(tài)工業(yè)示范園區(qū)項目的過程中,取得了一定成就,也暴露出一系列問題。企業(yè)實施環(huán)境行為是生態(tài)工業(yè)園建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容,是推動生態(tài)工業(yè)園項目健康發(fā)展的重要因素。因此,分析哪些因素能夠促進園區(qū)企業(yè)實施環(huán)境行為,并有針對性地提出對策建議,有助于推動生態(tài)工業(yè)園項目的健康發(fā)展。 本研究在生態(tài)工業(yè)園現(xiàn)狀分析基礎(chǔ)上,提出初步的研究方向,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻研究基礎(chǔ),進一步明確研究問題。基于研究問題,參考國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的結(jié)論和方法,結(jié)合專家的意見及企業(yè)管理者的描述,構(gòu)建出概念模型,并據(jù)此設(shè)計調(diào)查問卷。經(jīng)過調(diào)查問卷發(fā)放和數(shù)據(jù)收集,本研究借助SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計分析軟件包對收回有效數(shù)據(jù)進行探索性因子分析,識別出企業(yè)環(huán)境行為及影響因素的主因子。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本研究首先對主因子進行描述性統(tǒng)計分析和比較分析,了解園區(qū)企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的實踐水平、園區(qū)企業(yè)對環(huán)境行為影響因素的感知水平及不同級別生態(tài)工業(yè)園企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的實踐差別；其次通過相關(guān)分析,確定企業(yè)環(huán)境行為與影響因素的相關(guān)性及相關(guān)程度；最后通過回歸分析,進一步闡釋影響因素對企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的影響方式及影響程度。分析結(jié)果表明,信息資源與技術(shù)資源、政策法規(guī)和供應(yīng)鏈結(jié)構(gòu)對企業(yè)環(huán)境行為存在顯著正影響,而政府支持對企業(yè)環(huán)境行為的直接影響不明顯。因此,在文章的最后,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,本研究從法規(guī)、經(jīng)濟、技術(shù)和能力建設(shè)四個方面提出相關(guān)政策建議,即政府在加強法規(guī)完善的同時,更應(yīng)該提供經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)支持,幫助和激發(fā)企業(yè)實施環(huán)境行為；企業(yè)則應(yīng)該提高自身的技術(shù)水平和能力,這樣才能有效地保證環(huán)境行為的實施。 本研究基于復(fù)雜環(huán)境行為理論構(gòu)建了生態(tài)工業(yè)園企業(yè)環(huán)境行為影響因素概念模型,并開發(fā)了相關(guān)測量量表,為將來相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究提供了基礎(chǔ)性的理論工具。同時,本研究通過描述性統(tǒng)計分析、比較分析、相關(guān)分析和回歸分析揭示了影響因素與企業(yè)環(huán)境行為之間的關(guān)系,對政府和園區(qū)管委會有效監(jiān)督和管理生態(tài)工業(yè)園建設(shè),園區(qū)企業(yè)切實實施環(huán)境行為都有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In the 1990s, many countries introduced the concept of industrial ecosystem and improved the contradiction between industrial development and environmental protection by constructing eco-industrial parks. In the process of implementing the national eco-industrial demonstration park project, China has made some achievements and exposed a series of problems. The implementation of environmental behavior is an important content of eco-industrial park construction and an important factor to promote the healthy development of eco-industrial park project. Therefore, it is helpful to analyze the factors that can promote the environmental behavior of the enterprises in the park and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of the eco-industrial park project. Based on the analysis of the current situation of eco-industrial parks, this study puts forward the preliminary research direction, and further clarifies the research problems in combination with the domestic and foreign related literature. Based on the research questions, referring to the conclusions and methods of relevant literature at home and abroad, combining the opinions of experts and the description of enterprise managers, a conceptual model is constructed, and a questionnaire is designed accordingly. Through questionnaire distribution and data collection, this study conducted exploratory factor analysis to recover valid data with the help of SPSS17.0 statistical analysis software, and identified the main factors of enterprise environmental behavior and influencing factors. On the basis of this, this study first carries on the descriptive statistical analysis and the comparative analysis to the main factor, understands the park enterprise environmental behavior practice level, The perception level of the influencing factors of environmental behavior and the practice difference of different levels of EIP enterprises' environmental behavior; Secondly, through the correlation analysis, the correlation and the correlation degree between the enterprise environmental behavior and the influencing factors are determined. Finally, through the regression analysis, the influence mode and the influence degree of the influencing factors on the enterprise environmental behavior are further explained. The results show that the information resources, technical resources, policies and regulations and supply chain structure have a significant positive impact on the environmental behavior of enterprises, but the direct impact of government support on the environmental behavior of enterprises is not obvious. Therefore, at the end of the article, according to the results of data analysis, this study puts forward relevant policy recommendations from four aspects: legislation, economy, technology and capacity-building, that is, the government should provide economic and technical support while strengthening the improvement of laws and regulations. Helping and motivating enterprises to implement environmental behavior; Enterprises should improve their own technical level and ability to effectively ensure the implementation of environmental behavior. Based on the theory of complex environmental behavior, the conceptual model of influencing factors of EIP enterprises' environmental behavior is constructed, and the relevant measurement scale is developed, which provides a basic theoretical tool for future research in related fields. At the same time, through descriptive statistical analysis, comparative analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this study reveals the relationship between the influencing factors and enterprise environmental behavior, and effectively supervises and manages the construction of eco-industrial park to the government and the park management committee. The park enterprise actually implements the environmental behavior to have certain guiding significance.
