C公司新產品研發(fā)項目管理問題及改進措施

【摘要】:C公司是一家新興的“研發(fā)型”平板顯示高新技術企業(yè),主要從事第三代平板顯示器件OLED的研發(fā)及生產,隨著行業(yè)的發(fā)展,C公司目前所掌握的技術遠遠滿足不了發(fā)展需求,迫切需要研究行業(yè)新技術,因此公司定位于“研發(fā)型”,大力研究行業(yè)新技術,完成技術積累,等待時機成熟切入產業(yè)化量產。隨著新技術研發(fā)項目的數(shù)量增多,以及對項目的質量要求的提高,使得項目管理的壓力變大,而目前公司的項目負責人的管理水平有限,項目管理存在許多不良問題,大大阻礙公司項目的開展和公司的發(fā)展。 本論文首先闡釋項目管理的理論知識及新產品項目管理知識,,然后對C公司的項目管理現(xiàn)狀進行介紹,指出現(xiàn)階段其項目管理所存在的問題,然后運用所闡釋的項目管理知識分析產生這些問題的原因,并提出C公司項目管理的改進措施,并以論文作者作為項目經理所承擔的項目為例子,對項目進行優(yōu)化,提高項目的管理水平。
[Abstract]:Company C is an emerging "R & D" flat panel display high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the third generation flat panel display device OLED R & D and production. With the development of the industry, C Company's current technology can not meet the needs of development. It is urgent to study the new technology of the industry, so the company is positioned in the "R & D type", vigorously studies the new technology of the industry, completes the technology accumulation, and waits for the time to mature and cut into the industrialization mass production. With the increase in the number of new technology R & D projects and the improvement of project quality requirements, the pressure on project management has become greater. However, at present, the management level of project leaders in the company is limited, and there are many bad problems in project management. Greatly hinder the development of the company's projects and the company's development. This paper first explains the theoretical knowledge of project management and the knowledge of project management of new products, then introduces the current situation of project management in company C, and points out the problems existing in project management at this stage. Then using the explained knowledge of project management to analyze the causes of these problems, and put forward the improvement measures of project management in company C, and take the project undertaken by the author as project manager as an example to optimize the project. Improve project management level.
