威勝集團公司人才培養(yǎng)管理改進研究

【摘要】:隨著中國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)意識到知識已成為關(guān)鍵的生產(chǎn)要素,人力資本競爭的本質(zhì)是對擁有知識和技術(shù)的人才的競爭。威勝集團作為一家提供能源計量設(shè)備、系統(tǒng)和服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商,深刻意識到人才培養(yǎng)是集團進一步發(fā)展的重要推動力量,集團若要實現(xiàn)能源計量與能效管理專家的戰(zhàn)略使命,實現(xiàn)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新、百年威勝的愿景,科學系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建人才培養(yǎng)管理方案刻不容緩。 本文在文獻回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,研究威勝集團人才培養(yǎng)管理的現(xiàn)狀,對員工的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃、現(xiàn)有人才培養(yǎng)體制進行回顧,,發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在忽視人力資源開發(fā)、人才培養(yǎng)針對性不強、培訓體系不健全等問題。本文以現(xiàn)代人力資源管理理論為基礎(chǔ),明確人才培養(yǎng)方案改進的原則,充分結(jié)合集團的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,分職層的、持續(xù)的構(gòu)建人才培養(yǎng)方案;從新員工導師培養(yǎng)機制、集團員工的內(nèi)部輪崗、多能工的培養(yǎng)等方面,設(shè)計了人才培養(yǎng)模式;從培訓課程的開發(fā)、E-learning學習平臺的推廣、培訓考核評估體系的設(shè)計以及內(nèi)部師資隊伍的培養(yǎng)等方面構(gòu)建了培訓開發(fā)體系。從內(nèi)部培訓管理的完善、學位進修管理制度的制定,全面績效管理體系以及薪酬激勵制度等方面設(shè)計保障制度,確保人才培養(yǎng)方案的順利實施。 本文的研究成果,為威勝集團構(gòu)建一套切實可行的人才培養(yǎng)方案,為集團發(fā)展源源不斷的提供優(yōu)秀人才,為將威勝集團打造成人才驅(qū)動型企業(yè)提供參考和可借鑒的理論思路。
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, more and more enterprises realize that knowledge has become the key factor of production. The essence of human capital competition is the competition for talents with knowledge and technology. As a supplier of energy metering equipment, systems and services, Visheng Group is deeply aware that talent training is an important driving force for further development of the Group and that the Group is to achieve the strategic mission of energy metering and energy efficiency management experts, It is urgent to realize the vision of continuous innovation and the establishment of scientific system. On the basis of literature review, this paper studies the present situation of talent training and management in Weisheng Group, reviews the career development planning of employees and the existing talent training system, and finds out that its existence neglects the development of human resources. Talent training is not targeted, training system is not perfect and other problems. Based on the theory of modern human resource management, this paper clarifies the principle of the improvement of talent training scheme, fully combines the development strategy of the group, and constructs the talent training plan in different levels and continuously. From the new staff mentor training mechanism, the group staff internal rotation, multi-skilled training and other aspects, the design of talent training model; This paper constructs a training development system from the following aspects: the development of training courses, the promotion of E-learning platform, the design of training assessment system and the training of internal teachers. From the aspects of the perfection of internal training management, the establishment of degree training management system, the overall performance management system and the salary incentive system, the paper designs the guarantee system to ensure the smooth implementation of the talent training scheme. The research results of this paper provide a set of feasible talents training plan for Weisheng Group, provide excellent talents for the development of the Group, and provide reference and theoretical ideas for making Weisheng Group into a talent driven enterprise.
