威勝集團(tuán)公司人才培養(yǎng)管理改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:With the development of Chinese economy, more and more enterprises realize that knowledge has become the key factor of production. The essence of human capital competition is the competition for talents with knowledge and technology. As a supplier of energy metering equipment, systems and services, Visheng Group is deeply aware that talent training is an important driving force for further development of the Group and that the Group is to achieve the strategic mission of energy metering and energy efficiency management experts, It is urgent to realize the vision of continuous innovation and the establishment of scientific system. On the basis of literature review, this paper studies the present situation of talent training and management in Weisheng Group, reviews the career development planning of employees and the existing talent training system, and finds out that its existence neglects the development of human resources. Talent training is not targeted, training system is not perfect and other problems. Based on the theory of modern human resource management, this paper clarifies the principle of the improvement of talent training scheme, fully combines the development strategy of the group, and constructs the talent training plan in different levels and continuously. From the new staff mentor training mechanism, the group staff internal rotation, multi-skilled training and other aspects, the design of talent training model; This paper constructs a training development system from the following aspects: the development of training courses, the promotion of E-learning platform, the design of training assessment system and the training of internal teachers. From the aspects of the perfection of internal training management, the establishment of degree training management system, the overall performance management system and the salary incentive system, the paper designs the guarantee system to ensure the smooth implementation of the talent training scheme. The research results of this paper provide a set of feasible talents training plan for Weisheng Group, provide excellent talents for the development of the Group, and provide reference and theoretical ideas for making Weisheng Group into a talent driven enterprise.
