北滿特鋼公司薪酬體系研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國(guó)的鋼鐵企業(yè)同樣也得到了前所未有的發(fā)展,在創(chuàng)造稅收、社會(huì)穩(wěn)定以及增加就業(yè)等諸多方面,鋼鐵企業(yè)發(fā)揮了不可取代的作用。但是,大多數(shù)的鋼鐵企業(yè),其人力資源管理均為一種感覺經(jīng)驗(yàn)型,主要依賴管理者的直覺及工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)行事。在人力資源管理中,薪酬管理是一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵、核心的問題,科學(xué)合理的薪酬體系對(duì)企業(yè)來說,在不斷吸引、激勵(lì)以及保留人才方面起到了不可忽視的作用。 本研究以北滿特鋼公司薪酬體系為研究對(duì)象,通過大量信息搜集與問卷調(diào)查等諸多方式,對(duì)該公司目前的薪酬體系進(jìn)行診斷,分析出其目前所存在的一些問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,以北滿特鋼公司的實(shí)際狀況為出發(fā)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用相關(guān)薪酬激勵(lì)理論,為其設(shè)計(jì)薪酬體系改革方案。該方案內(nèi)容包括:薪酬體系改革的目標(biāo)與原則、薪酬體系改革的思路和策略、各類崗位薪酬方案設(shè)計(jì)、福利設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí),提出薪酬改革的相關(guān)配套措施:營(yíng)造優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化、加強(qiáng)溝通和宣傳、完善績(jī)效考核制度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, iron and steel enterprises in our country have also been unprecedented development, in the creation of tax, social stability and increase employment, iron and steel enterprises have played an irreplaceable role. However, most iron and steel enterprises, their human resources management is a kind of sensory experience, mainly rely on managers' intuition and work experience. In human resource management, salary management is a very key and core issue. A scientific and reasonable compensation system plays an important role in attracting, encouraging and retaining talents to enterprises. In this paper, the compensation system of North Mante Iron and Steel Company is taken as the research object, through a large amount of information collection and questionnaire survey, the present compensation system of this company is diagnosed, and some problems existing in the compensation system are analyzed, and on the basis of this, Based on the actual situation of North Mante Iron & Steel Co., Ltd, the reform scheme of compensation system is designed by using relevant compensation incentive theory. The content of this scheme includes: the goal and principle of salary system reform, the thought and strategy of salary system reform, the design of all kinds of post salary scheme and welfare design. At the same time, the related measures of salary reform are put forward: to create excellent corporate culture, to strengthen communication and publicity, and to perfect the performance appraisal system.
