【摘要】：正特別值得中國企業(yè)注意和借鑒的是,小松企業(yè)已在全球設立眾多的生產、營銷、服務網點,但其核心技術及配件的生產依然在日本國內進行,其對核心技術及核心人才的保護一刻也不曾放松,這也是其擁有長盛不衰核心競爭優(yōu)勢的關鍵。在信息化浪潮的襲卷之下,那些小巧的、聚集著一批IT驕子的輕型信息化公司,成為時代的寵兒,他們長袖善舞,以層出不窮的創(chuàng)新產品在吸引世人眼球的同時,也獲取了高于其他行業(yè)數倍的利潤率。那些以重型固定資產、大面積產業(yè)基地為生存根基的機械制造行業(yè)則猶如一只身體龐大、行動不便的大笨象,他們創(chuàng)新困難、利潤率持續(xù)
[Abstract]:What is particularly worthy of Chinese enterprises' attention and reference is that Komatsu has set up numerous production, marketing and service outlets around the world, but the production of its core technologies and accessories is still carried out in Japan. The protection of its core technology and core talents has not been relaxed for a moment, which is also the key to its enduring core competitive advantage. Under the wave of information technology, those small, light information companies, which are gathered together by a group of IT prides, have become the darling of the times. They have long sleeves and good dancing, and at the same time they are attracting the attention of the world with their endless innovative products. Profit margins are also several times higher than in other industries. The machinery manufacturing industry, which is based on heavy fixed assets and large industrial base, is like a bulky elephant with a large body and inconvenient movement. It is difficult to innovate and its profit margin is continuous.
