【摘要】：農(nóng)藥是特殊的生產(chǎn)資料,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)豐產(chǎn)、豐收發(fā)揮著重要作用。通過(guò)梳理我國(guó)農(nóng)藥經(jīng)營(yíng)管理制度歷史沿革脈絡(luò),總結(jié)各地農(nóng)藥管理的做法及經(jīng)驗(yàn),借鑒日本、我國(guó)臺(tái)灣地區(qū)以及相關(guān)國(guó)際組織農(nóng)藥管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析了我國(guó)農(nóng)藥管理制度存在的問(wèn)題,提出了完善農(nóng)藥管理制度的建議。
[Abstract]:Pesticide is a special means of production, and plays an important role in high yield and bumper harvest. By combing the historical evolution of pesticide management system in China, summarizing the practices and experiences of pesticide management in various places, drawing lessons from the experience of pesticide management in Japan, Taiwan and related international organizations, The problems existing in pesticide management system in China are analyzed, and suggestions for perfecting pesticide management system are put forward.
