食品零售商的質(zhì)量安全信息傳遞問(wèn)題研究
[Abstract]:With the development of modern market economy and information technology, retailers' position in market economy has changed greatly, and they have gradually become the leader of food supply chain. In the food supply chain, retailers are the link between suppliers and consumers, and the "bridge" of food quality and safety information transmission. They hold the information of food quality and safety, especially the information of experience and trust. If food retailers hide quality and safety information, it will lead to asymmetric information in food market, which will lead to food safety problems. Therefore, the study of quality and safety information transmission of food retailers is the key to alleviate the asymmetry of food safety information and ensure food quality and safety. Based on the investigation of 177 food retailers in China, this paper analyzes the information transmission problem of food retailers by using the empirical research method. On the basis of reviewing and evaluating the current food safety management policy in China and drawing lessons from the American management experience, this paper puts forward the incentive strategy for retailers in order to supplement the food safety management policy in order to ensure food quality and safety. This paper mainly includes six parts, the main research content of each part is: the first part: introduction. It mainly involves the research background and significance of the thesis, the current research situation, the research methods, the technical route, the main contents, the possible innovation points and the deficiency at home and abroad. The second part: the quality and safety information of food retailers and its transmission mode. This paper mainly introduces the types of food retailers and the characteristics of quality and safety information, sums up the mode of information transmission, and analyzes the process of information transmission on this basis. The third part: the current situation and problems of quality and safety information transmission for food retailers. The fourth part: model and research method. Firstly, the theoretical model of quality and safety information transmission for food retailers is constructed and the hypothesis is put forward. Secondly, the questionnaire design method, survey process and sample selection are briefly explained, and each variable index is analyzed concretely. Finally, the paper introduces the research tools and methods. The research tools are SPSS16.0 and Eviews5.0, and the statistical methods are reliability analysis, statistical description, correlation analysis, Probit regression analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Part five: an empirical study on the transmission of quality and safety information for food retailers. This paper divides the process of information transmission into two parts: information searching and information sharing. The first part carries on the Probit regression analysis to the retailer information search degree and its influence factor. The results show that the information search level of retailers is higher and the search channels are diversified, and the basic characteristics of supermarkets, retailers' cognition and consumer demand have a significant impact on some information search methods, but the external environment has no significant impact. The second part carries on the Logistic regression to the retailer information sharing behavior. The results show that the level of information sharing among retailers is high, and the degree of information sharing in different supermarkets is different. Retailer's cognition, supermarket's basic characteristics and supply chain structure have significant influence on retailer's information sharing behavior, but market structure has little effect on retailer's information sharing behavior. Finally, the application and benefit of traceability system in information transmission are introduced. The sixth part: the analysis of the incentive mechanism of information transmission for food retailers. Based on the analysis and evaluation of the effect of current food safety management policies on information transmission in China, and based on the experience of food safety management in the United States, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the incentive policy of information transmission for food retailers. The seventh part: main research conclusion.
