【摘要】：隨著中國工業(yè)化整體水平的不斷提高,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的變化及產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的影響,中國機(jī)床行業(yè)迎來了又一次黃金發(fā)展良機(jī)。但“大而不強(qiáng)”的問題一直困擾著中國機(jī)床行業(yè)發(fā)展,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)中國從機(jī)床大國向機(jī)床強(qiáng)國的跨越,一直是中國機(jī)床行業(yè)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),也是行業(yè)發(fā)展研究的重要課題之一。 目前,對中國機(jī)床行業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的研究更多的還是關(guān)注產(chǎn)品與技術(shù)方面,從宏觀上探討產(chǎn)品研究方向、技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢、行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢的研究工作開展的比較多,而且更多的停留在理論層面,但是真正從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度探討企業(yè)如何做大做強(qiáng),快速發(fā)展的研究并不多。 沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)在快速發(fā)展的過程雖然做大企業(yè)規(guī)模,但是同樣面臨著嚴(yán)重的“大而不強(qiáng)”的問題,如何克服這個在問題,徹底改變企業(yè)國際化競爭能力不足,成為困擾企業(yè)發(fā)展的首要問題。 本文旨在通過對當(dāng)沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析,進(jìn)一步剖析當(dāng)前沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)發(fā)展所面臨的新形勢和新要求；尋找沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)發(fā)展目前存在的問題以及制約因素,并提出可供參考的解決辦法或方案；力求探究今后沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)乃至中國機(jī)床行業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展的有效戰(zhàn)略。 本文以沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)為分析對象,側(cè)重挖掘沈陽機(jī)床發(fā)展的內(nèi)部約束因素,在具體環(huán)境下分析沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)經(jīng)營狀況、競爭與合作關(guān)系以及相關(guān)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,這種發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略更多的是在微觀層面上進(jìn)行分析和思考。每個企業(yè)的發(fā)展都會有其自身不同的特點(diǎn),而要對這些具體問題,特別是涉及到發(fā)展過程中具體環(huán)節(jié)上的諸多細(xì)節(jié)問題時,如果沒有切實(shí)的深入了解很難抓住問題的關(guān)鍵所在。本文關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)將側(cè)重于大環(huán)境下的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,力求對沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)發(fā)展過程中的一些具體問題進(jìn)行剖析和探究,從而未沈陽機(jī)床集團(tuán)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供可供有意義的參考,進(jìn)而探討中國機(jī)床行業(yè)未來的發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the overall level of industrialization in China, the change of the world economic pattern and the influence of industrial transfer, the Chinese machine tool industry has ushered in another golden development opportunity. However, the problem of "big but not strong" has been puzzling the development of Chinese machine tool industry. How to realize the leapfrogging from a large country of machine tool to a powerful country of machine tool has always been the focus of attention of Chinese machine tool industry and one of the important research topics of industry development. At present, the research on the development strategy of China's machine tool industry is more focused on the product and technology aspects. From a macro perspective, the research work on the direction of product research, the trend of technology development, and the development trend of the industry has been carried out more frequently. And more stay in the theoretical level, but really from the industrial point of view to explore how to make enterprises bigger and stronger, rapid development of the research is not much. Although Shenyang Machine tool Group is making large enterprises in the process of rapid development, it is also faced with a serious "big but not strong" problem. How to overcome this problem and completely change the lack of international competitiveness of enterprises, Become the primary problem that puzzles the enterprise development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external environment of Shenyang Machine tool Group, and further analyze the new situation and new requirements faced by Shenyang Machine tool Group at present. This paper looks for the problems and restrictive factors existing in the development of Shenyang Machine tool Group, and puts forward some solutions or solutions for reference, and tries to explore the effective strategy for the realization of its own development in Shenyang Machine tool Group and even in China's machine tool industry in the future. This article takes Shenyang Machine tool Group as the analysis object, especially excavates the internal restriction factor of the Shenyang Machine tool Development, analyzes the Shenyang Machine tool Group operating condition, the competition and the cooperation relation and the related development strategy under the concrete environment. This development strategy is more in the micro-level analysis and thinking. The development of each enterprise will have its own different characteristics, and it is difficult to grasp the key to these specific problems, especially to many details of the specific links in the process of development without a practical and in-depth understanding. The focus of this paper will focus on the enterprise development strategy under the general environment, and strive to analyze and explore some specific problems in the development process of Shenyang Machine tool Group. Therefore, the formulation of development strategy of Shenyang Machine tool Group can provide a meaningful reference for the future development of China's machine tool industry.
