【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展，金融對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的支持機(jī)制成為世界各國政府制定產(chǎn)業(yè)政策時(shí)考慮的首要問題。合理、正確的金融支持不僅有利于產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整升級，而且能有效地促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)平穩(wěn)高速發(fā)展。目前，我國制造業(yè)仍為粗放型發(fā)展，，從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)際情況看，大而不強(qiáng)，體現(xiàn)在“結(jié)構(gòu)性問題”而非“周期性問題”。因此，加快調(diào)優(yōu)化制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)成為“十二五”調(diào)整經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的重點(diǎn)研究內(nèi)容和可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要研究課題。 本文基于金融發(fā)展理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論及資本理論等多學(xué)科理論和方法，圍繞金融業(yè)如何對制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整產(chǎn)生影響以及這一影響究竟如何的主題，參考借鑒國內(nèi)外有關(guān)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的金融支持經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并結(jié)合我國金融業(yè)與制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況，對金融業(yè)發(fā)展和制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行深入研究。通過歸納分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于金融業(yè)發(fā)展與制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的研究成果，研究分析金融業(yè)發(fā)展對制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)影響機(jī)理，包括影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的金融因素，金融業(yè)發(fā)展影響制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的過程、渠道、作用機(jī)制和發(fā)展模式。以現(xiàn)有理論為基礎(chǔ)，探討金融業(yè)發(fā)展與制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化間的現(xiàn)狀，并描述了二者間相關(guān)性。利用相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)對金融業(yè)發(fā)展對制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化影響作用進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析研究。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出結(jié)論，并提出了我國現(xiàn)階段金融業(yè)發(fā)展促進(jìn)制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的相關(guān)政策建議。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn)：金融業(yè)發(fā)展和制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級間存在著密切聯(lián)系。在制造產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整過程中，金融發(fā)展對制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級具有顯著推動作用。金融業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅僅從就業(yè)人數(shù)上擴(kuò)大了我國制造業(yè)規(guī)模，更從技術(shù)含量、產(chǎn)值規(guī)模等方面推動了制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級。并且政策性金融、商業(yè)銀行以及銀行貸款利率在金融業(yè)發(fā)展和制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)間起到了一定影響作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern economy, the supporting mechanism of finance to industrial development and industrial structure adjustment has become the most important issue that governments all over the world consider when making industrial policies. Reasonable and correct financial support is not only conducive to the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, but also can effectively promote the steady and high speed development of economy. At present, China's manufacturing industry is still extensive development, from the actual situation of economic development, large but not strong, reflected in "structural problems" rather than "cyclical problems." Therefore, speeding up the adjustment and optimization of manufacturing structure has become the focus of the 12th Five-Year Plan to adjust the economic structure and an important research topic for sustainable development. Based on the theory of financial development, the theory of industrial structure optimization and the theory of capital, this paper focuses on the theme of how the financial industry influences the adjustment of the manufacturing structure and how the influence is. Referring to the financial support experience of manufacturing industry structure optimization at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of financial industry and manufacturing structure in our country, the development of financial industry and the optimization of manufacturing industry structure are studied in depth. By summarizing and analyzing the research results of financial industry development and manufacturing industry structure optimization at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the influence mechanism of financial industry development on manufacturing structure, including the financial factors that affect the industrial structure. The development of financial industry affects the process, channel, mechanism and mode of development of manufacturing industry. Based on the existing theories, this paper discusses the current situation between the development of financial industry and the optimization of manufacturing structure, and describes the correlation between them. This paper makes an empirical study on the effect of financial industry development on the optimization of manufacturing structure by using relevant data. According to the data analysis, the paper draws a conclusion, and puts forward some policy suggestions on how to promote the structure optimization of the manufacturing industry in China's financial industry at the present stage. It is found that there is a close relationship between the development of financial industry and the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing structure. In the process of adjustment of manufacturing industrial structure, financial development plays a significant role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing structure. The development of financial industry not only expands the scale of manufacturing industry in terms of employment, but also promotes the upgrading of manufacturing structure in terms of technology content and output value. And policy finance, commercial bank and bank loan interest rate play a certain role in the development of financial industry and manufacturing structure.
