【摘要】：資金是企業(yè)的血液,對(duì)企業(yè)的生存、發(fā)展、壯大起著十分重要的作用。對(duì)于電網(wǎng)企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)資金存量和流量均較大,電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資金集約化管理存在資金集中不及時(shí),集中化程度不高,資金集中度沒有掌握在適當(dāng)?shù)乃揭约皹I(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)沒有適度結(jié)合導(dǎo)致資金沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)精細(xì)化管理,最終使得電網(wǎng)企業(yè)資金的集約化效率效果達(dá)不到最佳水平。 本文系統(tǒng)的回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)大型企業(yè)集團(tuán)資金集約化管理模式的研究,目前學(xué)者對(duì)資金集約化管理的研究主要集中于對(duì)資金集約化的方式手段,并沒有對(duì)資金的必要性以及資金的集約化程度進(jìn)行研究。本文著眼于電網(wǎng)公司資金集約化管理,通過(guò)研究分析目前電網(wǎng)公司資金管理現(xiàn)狀以及電網(wǎng)公司資金集約化管理模式運(yùn)用的效率和效果,在要求集團(tuán)公司整體經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大的前提下,對(duì)影響資金集中化程度的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)原理推導(dǎo)出最佳資金集約化度的模型及其均衡條件,并設(shè)計(jì)出業(yè)財(cái)結(jié)合模型,針對(duì)電網(wǎng)企業(yè)集團(tuán)提出了一系列的優(yōu)化方案,實(shí)現(xiàn)資金管理理論和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,為提高公司資金管理效率和企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益提供幫助。 本文采用案例研究的方法,根據(jù)該電網(wǎng)公司的特點(diǎn),將本文中設(shè)計(jì)的資金集中度模型以及業(yè)財(cái)結(jié)合模型在該實(shí)際公司中進(jìn)行運(yùn)用,并對(duì)該集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)公司的現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化,最后對(duì)該公司進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)效果分析。
[Abstract]:Capital is the blood of the enterprise and plays a very important role in the survival, development and growth of the enterprise. For power grid enterprises, the stock and flow of funds are large, and the intensive management of funds in power grid enterprises is not timely, and the degree of centralization is not high. Capital concentration is not grasped at the appropriate level and the combination of business and finance does not lead to the finer management of the funds, which ultimately makes the efficiency of the intensification of the funds of the power grid enterprises fail to reach the best level. This paper systematically reviews the domestic and foreign scholars' research on the intensive capital management model of large enterprise groups. At present, the scholars' research on capital intensive management is mainly focused on the ways and means of capital intensive management. There is no research on the necessity of funds and the degree of intensification of funds. This paper focuses on the intensive management of power grid company funds, through the research and analysis of the current situation of grid company capital management and the efficiency and effect of the grid company capital intensive management model. Under the premise that the whole economic benefit of the group company is the greatest, the factors influencing the degree of capital concentration are analyzed, and the model of the best capital intensive degree and its equilibrium condition are deduced by using the mathematical principle. A model of combination of industry and finance is designed, and a series of optimization schemes are put forward for power grid enterprise groups to realize the innovation of capital management theory and practice, and to provide help for improving the efficiency of capital management and the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper adopts the method of case study, according to the characteristics of the power grid company, applies the capital concentration model and the combination model of industry and finance designed in this paper in the actual company. The current situation and problems of the financial company of the group are systematically optimized. Finally, the economic effect of the company is analyzed.
