【摘要】：外商直接投資的快速發(fā)展，是20世紀(jì)90年代以來世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的一大重要特征。改革開放后，我國實(shí)行“以市場換技術(shù)”的策略，汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，也成為了FDI的重要領(lǐng)域，引進(jìn)了大量的外資。外商直接投資的載體——跨國公司所具有的技術(shù)水平往往高于東道國（或地區(qū)）的當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)，這就存在著技術(shù)外溢至我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件。然而，技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)并不是自發(fā)產(chǎn)生的，它受到諸多因素的影響。而且，由于外資的進(jìn)入，加之我國本土汽車企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率較低、科技創(chuàng)新投入不足等因素，在競爭中有可能會被“邊緣化”。因此，研究我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)中外商直接投資技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的產(chǎn)生規(guī)律，并通過相關(guān)促進(jìn)政策，積極引導(dǎo)，對我國內(nèi)資汽車企業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展、提升技術(shù)水平和提升自主創(chuàng)新能力十分重要。 在文章結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上，全文共分為6章。第1章為引言，對本論文的研究背景、選題意義及目的進(jìn)行闡述，并解釋重要的基本概念，以及研究思路和結(jié)構(gòu)框架。第2章是文獻(xiàn)綜述，對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于外商直接投資的技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)的理論與實(shí)證分析的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行回顧，，分析在實(shí)證分析中的常用方法、變量的選取、數(shù)據(jù)的采集以及模型的構(gòu)建。第3章全面、系統(tǒng)的分析FDI技術(shù)溢出的渠道和機(jī)理。第4章主要分析我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外資的發(fā)展歷程、特點(diǎn)以及FDI對我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響等。第5章為本文的重點(diǎn)，通過建立模型，選取汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的時間序列數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)，分析FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)對我國內(nèi)資汽車企業(yè)的影響。并依據(jù)結(jié)果分析影響FDI技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮的主要因素。第6章為本論文的結(jié)論，在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上，對我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引外資的方式提供建議，對我國相關(guān)部門政策的制定提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of foreign direct investment (FDI) is an important feature of the world economy since 1990's. After the reform and opening up, our country implements the strategy of "exchanging market for technology". As a pillar industry of our country, automobile industry has also become an important field of FDI, and a large amount of foreign capital has been introduced. The carrier of foreign direct investment (FDI), multinational corporations (MNCs), often have a higher technological level than the local enterprises in the host country (or region), which has the realistic condition of technology spillover to the automobile industry of our country. However, technology spillover effect is not spontaneous, it is affected by many factors. Moreover, due to the entry of foreign capital, the low production efficiency of domestic automobile enterprises and the insufficient investment in scientific and technological innovation, it may be "marginalized" in the competition. Therefore, this paper studies the law of FDI technology spillover effect in China's automobile industry, and through relevant promotion policies, actively guides the sustainable development of domestic auto enterprises in China. It is very important to raise the level of technology and improve the ability of independent innovation. In the article structure design, the full text is divided into 6 chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which explains the research background, significance and purpose of this thesis, and explains the important basic concepts, as well as the research ideas and structural framework. The second chapter is the literature review, the domestic and foreign direct investment technology spillover effect theory and empirical analysis of the relevant literature review, analysis in the empirical analysis of common methods, variables selection, Data acquisition and model construction. Chapter 3 comprehensively analyzes the channel and mechanism of FDI technology spillover. Chapter 4 mainly analyzes the development course of attracting foreign capital and the influence of FDI on China's automobile industry. Chapter 5 is the focal point of this paper, through establishing the model, selecting the time series data of the automobile industry to carry on the empirical test, analyzing the influence of the FDI technology spillover effect on the domestic automobile enterprise of our country. According to the results, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the further development of FDI technology spillover effect. Chapter 6 is the conclusion of this paper. On the basis of the above analysis, it provides suggestions for the ways of attracting foreign capital in China's automobile industry, and provides the basis for the formulation of policies of relevant departments in our country.
