【摘要】：Management Game課程(簡稱MG),是一個(gè)國際性的企業(yè)模擬管理項(xiàng)目,是美國卡耐基·梅隆大學(xué)為了更好地開展MBA課程而研發(fā)的。在MG環(huán)境下,由四五名MBA學(xué)員組成一支管理隊(duì)伍來完成模擬環(huán)境中一家企業(yè)三年的運(yùn)營。在整個(gè)運(yùn)營過程中,通過宏觀、微觀等環(huán)境分析從而制定出公司的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作戰(zhàn)略,并認(rèn)真研究將其細(xì)化到各項(xiàng)經(jīng)營指標(biāo),從而客觀真實(shí)地反映出TIS公司的具體經(jīng)營狀況。在本次MG課程中,共計(jì)四名MBA學(xué)員組成了TIS公司的管理團(tuán)隊(duì),著手經(jīng)營的TIS公司是一家跨國腕表生產(chǎn)和銷售公司,公司旗下?lián)碛蠭TIME和PTIME兩大品牌手表,由兩家位于不同國家的工廠進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。本人在TIS公司擔(dān)任COO(生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營總監(jiān)),主管公司的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理。本論文是在對(duì)MG環(huán)境下TIS公司在四人組成的管理團(tuán)隊(duì)的管理下,在2013-2015年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作實(shí)踐過程進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析的基礎(chǔ)上產(chǎn)生的。本論文基于MG環(huán)境下TIS公司的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作實(shí)踐,對(duì)模擬過程中公司戰(zhàn)略的制定、選擇和實(shí)施進(jìn)行客觀全面地分析、總結(jié),詳盡闡述TIS公司2013-2015年生產(chǎn)動(dòng)作戰(zhàn)略制定和實(shí)施的全過程。論文共分六章。第1章對(duì)MG課程進(jìn)行了概要的介紹,對(duì)TIS公司的概況進(jìn)行了介紹,包括公司的發(fā)展歷史、組織結(jié)構(gòu)及企業(yè)標(biāo)識(shí)等方面內(nèi)容。第2章闡述了企業(yè)生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論。第3章論述了TIS公司2013-2015年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作戰(zhàn)略的選擇和制定過程。第4章闡述了2013-2015年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與評(píng)價(jià)。第5章介紹了TIS公司2016-2018年生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃。第6章是本文作者參與MG課程的一些體會(huì)和建議。
[Abstract]:Management Game (MG),) is an international enterprise simulation management program developed by Carnegie Mellon University in order to better develop the MBA program. In the MG environment, a management team of four or five MBA students is formed to complete a three-year operation of an enterprise in a simulated environment. In the whole operation process, through the macro and micro environment analysis, the production and operation strategy of the company is worked out, and the detailed operation index is carefully studied to reflect the concrete management situation of TIS Company objectively and truly. In the MG program, four MBA students formed the management team of TIS, a multinational watch manufacturer and distributor, TIS, which owns two major watch brands, ITIME and PTIME. Produced by two factories in different countries. I work in TIS as COO (Director of production and Operations), in charge of the company's production and operation management. This thesis is based on the summary and analysis of the production and operation practice process of TIS Company in 2013-2015 under the management of a four-member management team under the environment of MG. Based on the production practice of TIS Company under MG environment, this paper analyzes the formulation, selection and implementation of company strategy in the simulation process objectively and comprehensively. The whole process of making and implementing the production action strategy of TIS in 2013-2015 is described in detail. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Chapter 1 gives a brief introduction to MG course, and introduces the general situation of TIS Company, including the development history, organization structure and enterprise identification of the company. The second chapter expounds the related theory of enterprise production strategy management. Chapter 3 discusses the selection and formulation process of TIS's production and operation strategy for 2013-2015. Chapter 4 describes the implementation and evaluation of the production and operation strategy in 2013-2015. Chapter 5 introduces the strategic plan of production and operation of TIS Company in 2016-2018. Chapter 6 is the author's experience and suggestion of participating in MG course.
