中國(guó)石化LUB公司人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)石化信息化技術(shù)不斷改革創(chuàng)新,公司通過(guò)大力發(fā)展信息化建設(shè)來(lái)提高整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力顯著增強(qiáng),,ERP信息系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)實(shí)施信息化戰(zhàn)略方面起到重要作用。目前中國(guó)石化實(shí)施的ERP系統(tǒng)涵蓋采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、財(cái)務(wù)、物資、項(xiàng)目、設(shè)備等模塊,隨著中國(guó)石化人力資源業(yè)務(wù)的全面開(kāi)展,提高人資源管理信息化管理水平尤為重要,建立標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的信息管理平臺(tái),統(tǒng)一人才規(guī)劃,全面提高人力資源效率是當(dāng)前企業(yè)人力資源信息化建設(shè)的必由之路。 本論文以中國(guó)石化LUB公司實(shí)施SAP-HR系統(tǒng)為實(shí)例,介紹了該公司人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,分析了ERP中人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)和功能定位,在11家分公司需求分析調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)藍(lán)圖設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)介紹了HR模塊組織管理、人事管理、時(shí)間管理、薪酬管理4大基本模塊和招聘管理、培訓(xùn)管理、績(jī)效管理、員工發(fā)展等擴(kuò)展模塊的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施過(guò)程,以及上線支持和長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃。 通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)石化LUB公司SAP-HR項(xiàng)目的成功實(shí)施,實(shí)證地研究了人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和規(guī)范化對(duì)提高公司人力資源管理能力的重要作用。對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)大型集團(tuán)企業(yè)的人力資源管理信息化建設(shè)提供借鑒價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform and innovation of the information technology of Sinopec, the company improves the overall competitive ability by vigorously developing the informatization construction. The ERP information system plays an important role in the implementation of the information strategy of the enterprise. At present, the ERP system implemented by Sinopec covers procurement, production, sales, finance, materials, projects, equipment and other modules. With the overall development of Sinopec's human resources business, it is particularly important to improve the level of human resources management information management. Establishing a standardized information management platform, unifying talent planning, and improving the efficiency of human resources in an all-round way are the only way to the construction of enterprise human resources informatization. Taking the SAP-HR system implemented by LUB Company of Sinopec as an example, this paper introduces the present situation of human resource management in Sinopec, and analyzes the system structure and function orientation of human resource management system in ERP. On the basis of requirement analysis and investigation of 11 branches, the paper designs the business blueprint, and introduces in detail the four basic modules of HR module, such as organization management, personnel management, time management, compensation management, recruitment management, training management, performance management, etc. Design and implementation of extended modules such as employee development, as well as online support and long-term planning. Through the successful implementation of the SAP-HR project of Sinopec LUB Company, this paper empirically studies the important role of the standardization and standardization of human resource management information system in improving the human resource management ability of the company. It can provide reference value for the information construction of human resource management of large group enterprises in China.
