【摘要】：隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外鋼鐵市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的嚴(yán)峻變化，我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)正面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)，如何度過(guò)“寒冬”，持續(xù)發(fā)展，成為鋼鐵企業(yè)的頭等難題和當(dāng)務(wù)之急。創(chuàng)新是民族進(jìn)步之魂，亦是鋼鐵企業(yè)走出困境，調(diào)整市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型，尋求可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑。然而目前我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)還尚未成功走出一條創(chuàng)新之路，歸根結(jié)底是企業(yè)缺乏對(duì)創(chuàng)新內(nèi)涵的認(rèn)識(shí)和把握，缺少切實(shí)可行的創(chuàng)新路徑。因此，分析鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀，界定鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新內(nèi)涵，探尋鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新路徑，對(duì)我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)提升創(chuàng)新能力，提高綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。 論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)行綜述的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多學(xué)者對(duì)創(chuàng)新概念的定義，結(jié)合我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)現(xiàn)狀，提出了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的定義。通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的梳理，對(duì)行業(yè)環(huán)境的全面分析，結(jié)合我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀，利用國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)創(chuàng)新理論，界定了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新內(nèi)涵。 論文在對(duì)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，歸納總結(jié)了諸多學(xué)者對(duì)創(chuàng)新關(guān)鍵因素的研究和實(shí)踐，，結(jié)合我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的實(shí)際情況，確定出了11個(gè)影響我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵因素，并設(shè)計(jì)了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系。同時(shí)基于路徑理論分析，根據(jù)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵，設(shè)計(jì)了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新路徑的過(guò)程框架。 基于上述框架和相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究，論文構(gòu)建了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新路徑的概念模型，并對(duì)該模型中的創(chuàng)新觀念、創(chuàng)新資源、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、體制創(chuàng)新、商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、市場(chǎng)創(chuàng)新能力、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和管理創(chuàng)新能力諸要素進(jìn)行了測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系設(shè)計(jì)和變量假設(shè)，從而構(gòu)建了我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新路徑模型的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型。通過(guò)對(duì)鋼鐵企業(yè)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查，獲取實(shí)證數(shù)據(jù)，運(yùn)用SPSS與Amos17.0軟件對(duì)模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算、評(píng)價(jià)與修正，從而得出可以與實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)契合的模型，同時(shí)根據(jù)模型計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)創(chuàng)新觀念、創(chuàng)新資源、創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、創(chuàng)新行為、創(chuàng)新能力間的作用關(guān)系進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證，最終形成了對(duì)我國(guó)鋼鐵企業(yè)行之有效的創(chuàng)新路徑模型，可為鋼鐵企業(yè)創(chuàng)新提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the severe changes of steel market environment at home and abroad, Chinese iron and steel enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. How to survive the "cold winter" and continue to develop has become the top problem and urgent task for iron and steel enterprises. Innovation is not only the soul of national progress, but also an important way for iron and steel enterprises to get out of difficulties, adjust market structure, promote strategic transformation and seek sustainable development. However, at present, the iron and steel enterprises in our country have not yet succeeded in finding a way of innovation. In the final analysis, it is the lack of understanding and grasp of the connotation of innovation and the lack of feasible ways of innovation. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the present situation of iron and steel enterprises' innovation, define the connotation of iron and steel enterprises' innovation, and explore the innovation path of iron and steel enterprises, which is of great significance to enhance the innovation ability and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of our country's iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research, according to the definition of innovation concept by many scholars at home and abroad, combined with the present situation of iron and steel enterprises in our country, the paper puts forward the definition of innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country. Through combing the development course of our country's iron and steel enterprises, analyzing the industry environment comprehensively, combining with the present situation of the iron and steel enterprises' innovation in our country, and using the relevant innovation theories at home and abroad, this paper defines the innovation connotation of our country's iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of the research on related literature, this paper summarizes the research and practice of many scholars on the key factors of innovation, combined with the actual situation of innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country, determines 11 key factors that affect the innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country. And designed our country iron and steel enterprise innovation ability measure index system. At the same time, based on the analysis of path theory and the connotation of innovation in iron and steel enterprises, the process frame of innovation path of iron and steel enterprises in China is designed. Based on the above framework and related literature research, the paper constructs a conceptual model of innovation path for iron and steel enterprises in China, and discusses the innovation concept, innovation resources, innovation environment, technological innovation, system innovation, business model innovation in this model. The market innovation ability, the technology innovation ability and the management innovation ability are designed to measure the index system and the variable hypothesis, and the structural equation model of the innovation path model of our country's iron and steel enterprises is constructed. Through the questionnaire survey to the iron and steel enterprises, obtaining the empirical data, using SPSS and Amos17.0 software to calculate, evaluate and revise the model, so as to get the model that can agree with the actual data, and at the same time, according to the results of the model calculation to the innovative ideas. The relationship between innovation resources, innovation environment, innovation behavior and innovation ability is verified. Finally, an effective innovation path model for Chinese iron and steel enterprises is formed, which can be used as a reference for iron and steel enterprises' innovation.
