裝修工程企業(yè)流程管理研究

【摘要】:信息時(shí)代的到來(lái),企業(yè)的生存和發(fā)展面臨著更大的挑戰(zhàn),為了適應(yīng)外界環(huán)境的變化、在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地,企業(yè)除了要利用先進(jìn)的科學(xué)技術(shù)之外,也必須要全面提高自身的產(chǎn)品或者服務(wù)的質(zhì)量、降低自身的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、優(yōu)化企業(yè)的管理流程,并建立起適合企業(yè)發(fā)展的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理機(jī)制,企業(yè)才能夠獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的能力,從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。企業(yè)必須從采購(gòu)、生產(chǎn)以及銷售等諸多環(huán)節(jié)重視流程的管理,健全企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制,,才有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)企業(yè)持續(xù)、快速、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。企業(yè)的流程管理是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的、系統(tǒng)的工程,整個(gè)管理過(guò)程中充滿了諸多不確定的因素。 文中以騏際裝飾(北京)有限公司為例,對(duì)裝飾企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究與分析。追求利潤(rùn)最大化是企業(yè)發(fā)展的終極目標(biāo),為了實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)企業(yè)必須不斷地創(chuàng)造價(jià)值,本文認(rèn)為從價(jià)值鏈管理的角度對(duì)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的流程優(yōu)化、價(jià)值增值、降低企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要的意義。因此,文中欲從價(jià)值鏈管理角度對(duì)企業(yè)的流程管理進(jìn)行研究與分析,試圖運(yùn)用適當(dāng)?shù)姆治龇椒,針?duì)裝飾企業(yè)的價(jià)值增值,對(duì)企業(yè)的流程管理的戰(zhàn)略決策、制定流程管理計(jì)劃、流程管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化和重新設(shè)計(jì),然后重點(diǎn)對(duì)騏際裝飾(北京)有限公司的主流業(yè)務(wù)流程、支持業(yè)務(wù)流程的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,試圖在降低企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、提升企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的研究有所突破,促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the survival and development of enterprises are facing greater challenges. In order to adapt to the changes in the external environment and remain invincible in the fierce market competition, enterprises should not only use advanced science and technology, It is also necessary to improve the quality of their own products or services, reduce their own operating costs, optimize the management process of the enterprise, and establish an operation and management mechanism suitable for the development of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can obtain the ability of sustainable development. So as to promote the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises. In order to achieve the goal of promoting the sustainable, rapid and stable development of enterprises, enterprises must attach importance to the management of processes and improve the operation mechanism of enterprises from the aspects of procurement, production and sales. Enterprise process management is a complex, systematic project, the whole management process is full of many uncertain factors. In this paper, Vernon decoration (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is taken as an example to study and analyze the business process optimization of decoration enterprises. The pursuit of profit maximization is the ultimate goal of enterprise development. In order to realize this goal, enterprises must constantly create value. This paper thinks that from the angle of value chain management, the business process of the enterprise is analyzed, and the process optimization of the enterprise is realized. It is of great significance to increase the value and reduce the risk in the process of enterprise development. Therefore, this paper intends to study and analyze the process management of enterprises from the perspective of value chain management, and try to use appropriate analysis methods, aiming at the value added of decorative enterprises, making strategic decisions on process management of enterprises, and making process management plans. On the basis of the analysis of process management, we optimize and redesign the business process management of enterprises, and then focus on the mainstream business process of Vernon Ji Decoration (Beijing) Co., Ltd. The optimization of supporting business process is analyzed in detail in order to reduce the risk of enterprise management and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in order to promote the healthy and stable development of the enterprise.
