T企業(yè)信息化建設及管理改進研究

【摘要】:伴隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和科技的進步,信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)在我國各行各業(yè)得到不同程度的推廣和應用,企業(yè)圍繞戰(zhàn)略目標,把信息化建設作為企業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)生要素,在信息技術(shù)與工業(yè)技術(shù)緊密結(jié)合的環(huán)境下,大力推進企業(yè)市場銷售、計劃安排、生產(chǎn)制造、采購管理和倉庫管理的信息化管理水平,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)業(yè)務系統(tǒng)綜合集成、業(yè)務流程優(yōu)化以及發(fā)展模式創(chuàng)新,以優(yōu)化資源配置、提高資源利用效率,形成可持續(xù)發(fā)展的企業(yè)競爭能力。 本文從T企業(yè)信息化建設入手,通過信息化先進的銷售、計劃、采購、生產(chǎn)和庫存管理功能,構(gòu)建T企業(yè)的最佳業(yè)務流程,改進企業(yè)基礎管理。 通過信息流來協(xié)同各生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營單位和部門的物流和資金流,合理配置企業(yè)資源,提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低成本、減少庫存積壓,提高T企業(yè)的核心競爭力和市場應變能力。改善企業(yè)對客戶的服務水平和質(zhì)量,提高客戶對企業(yè)的滿意度。 以確保訂單交貨期為基礎、利潤最大化為原則協(xié)助企業(yè)銷售經(jīng)營。以提高設備利用率為目標、完工時間為導向優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)計劃。實現(xiàn)物流、資金流、信息流三流合一,實現(xiàn)資源共享,加強各部門的計劃、組織、領(lǐng)導和控制功能,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)管理由粗放向精細管理轉(zhuǎn)變,推動管理決策的科學化,促進現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度建設。 本人通過查閱文獻資料、比較研究及信息化建設經(jīng)驗總結(jié),針對T企業(yè)各業(yè)務模塊進行需求分析,結(jié)合銷售、計劃、采購、庫存管理等方面存在的問題,提出針對性的改進策略,對于企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變信息化觀念,更加深刻地理解和運用信息化來促進企業(yè)的管理提升,具有一定的指導意義和應用價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, information technology has been popularized and applied in various industries of our country to varying degrees. In the context of the close integration of information technology and industrial technology, we should vigorously promote the level of information management of enterprise marketing, planning, manufacturing, procurement management and warehouse management, and realize the integrated integration of enterprise business systems. Business process optimization and development model innovation to optimize the allocation of resources, improve the efficiency of resource utilization, and form a sustainable development of enterprise competitiveness. This paper starts with the information construction of T enterprise, through the advanced sales, planning, purchasing, production and inventory management functions of information technology, constructs the best business process of T enterprise, and improves the basic management of the enterprise. Through the information flow to cooperate with the logistics and capital flow of the production and management units and departments, the rational allocation of enterprise resources, improve production efficiency, reduce costs, reduce inventory backlog, improve the core competitiveness of T enterprises and the ability to adapt to the market. Improve the level and quality of customer service and customer satisfaction. To ensure the delivery of orders on the basis of the principle of maximum profit to assist enterprises in sales operations. To improve the utilization of equipment as the goal, completion time as a guide to optimize the production plan. To realize the integration of logistics, capital flow and information flow, to realize the sharing of resources, to strengthen the planning, organization, leadership and control functions of various departments, to realize the transformation of enterprise management from extensive to fine management, and to promote the scientific management decision. We will promote the building of a modern enterprise system. By consulting literature, comparing and summarizing the experience of information construction, I analyze the needs of each business module in T enterprise, combine with the problems in sales, planning, purchasing, inventory management, etc. It is of certain guiding significance and application value for enterprises to change the concept of informatization and to understand and use informatization to promote the management of enterprises.
