長(zhǎng)慶油田地面建設(shè)推行EPC項(xiàng)目管理研究
[Abstract]:EPC (design-procurement-construction) project management model is a kind of project contracting and management model developed step by step in the 1980s. In recent years, the EPC general contracting mode has been accepted by the project owners because of its advantages such as less investment, shorter construction period, higher technical quality, less investment and less risk. The share of implementing EPC project management mode in petroleum engineering industry is also expanding. In the field of surface construction of Changqing Oilfield, in the past, the contradictions of design, material acquisition and construction were separated, disjointed, ironed and restricted each other in the past construction process. Under the background of the rapid development of enterprises, It is of great practical significance to explore the project management model suitable for surface construction of Changqing Oilfield, to improve the management level of oil and gas field surface construction project, to accelerate the speed of oil field surface construction, to reduce the cost, and to develop intensively. In this paper, the general contracting mode of EPC is taken as the research focus, and the basic theories of project management, EPC project management and so on are combined from the point of view of the development of surface engineering project management in oil field enterprises. According to the development situation and application examples of EPC general contracting mode of petrochemical projects in China, the main problems existing in EPC general contracting mode of petrochemical projects in China are analyzed from two aspects of external environment and enterprise interior, respectively. Combined with the characteristics of surface engineering construction project in Changqing Oilfield and the development course of project management in this field, the main problems of surface construction project management in Changqing Oilfield are summarized objectively. Based on the analysis of the necessity and applicability of the EPC project management model for the surface construction of Changqing Oilfield, this paper puts forward the scheme of establishing the EPC project management model in Changqing Oilfield. Finally, some suggestions on how to effectively operate EPC project management mode in surface construction project of Changqing Oilfield are put forward. This study is of guiding significance to straightening out and perfecting the management mode of surface construction project in Changqing Oilfield, and has accumulated some experience for the upstream enterprises of PetroChina to carry out EPC.
