中國(guó)建筑業(yè)教育回報(bào)率估計(jì)

【摘要】：基于CHIP2007數(shù)據(jù),同時(shí)考慮樣本選擇偏差和教育變量?jī)?nèi)生性,應(yīng)用Heckman樣本選擇模型估算中國(guó)建筑業(yè)教育回報(bào)率。結(jié)果表明:控制了樣本選擇偏誤和教育內(nèi)生性后,我國(guó)建筑業(yè)教育回報(bào)顯著,平均而言,受教育年限每多一年將帶來(lái)工資5%的提升。進(jìn)而提出政府應(yīng)加大建筑業(yè)教育投入,建筑企業(yè)應(yīng)創(chuàng)造積極的人才引進(jìn)條件,優(yōu)化資源配置、增加技術(shù)內(nèi)涵、提高生產(chǎn)效率、注重從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)和提升,以進(jìn)一步提升我國(guó)建筑業(yè)的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Based on the CHIP2007 data and taking into account the sample selection bias and the endogenous educational variables, the Heckman sample selection model is used to estimate the educational return rate of Chinese construction industry. The results show that after controlling for sample selection bias and educational endogeneity, the educational return of construction industry in our country is remarkable. On average, every additional year of schooling will bring about a 5% increase in salary. Furthermore, the government should increase the investment in education in the construction industry, and the construction enterprises should create positive conditions for the introduction of talents, optimize the allocation of resources, increase the technical connotation, improve the production efficiency, and pay attention to the training and upgrading of the quality of the employees. In order to further enhance the international competitiveness of China's construction industry.
