[Abstract]:A team is the basic organization for cooperation. The theoretical research of team building has also been developed rapidly with the pace of globalization of commerce and commerce. The integration of internal human resources and the creation of efficient teams have been highly valued by enterprises. Team building has become an important step in the development of enterprises, efficient teams will determine the advantages of enterprises in the market competition. This article takes Weihao enterprise as the research object, the team construction theory as the theoretical basis, closely unifies the team construction to carry on the comprehensive appraisal analysis in the planning and the construction process, uses the induction and the synthesis analysis method, the case analysis and the research unifies, In the relevant literature analysis and research, combined with the case of Weihao company for empirical research. Based on the current situation of team building in Weihao Company, the research countermeasures of team building are highlighted, which can be used as reference for team building in Weihao Company. Through the research of relevant materials, the research method, train of thought, enterprise problem analysis of team building, understand the current situation of the enterprise, and work out the feasible strategy. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of DID technical team from three aspects of team personnel relationship, team work and team management, and finds out the problems existing in DID technical team, that is, lack of responsibility, cohesion and necessary confidence, and poor communication. Recruitment of core talent is difficult, team members training ability is still weak. The causes of the problems in the DID technical team are complex and various, that is, the team culture construction lags behind, the effective communication mechanism is lacking, the talent selection mechanism is not perfect, and the effective training system is lacking. On this basis, this paper designs the DID technology team construction strategy, designs the talent selection system, the salary and welfare system, the training system, has established the effective communication mechanism, has constructed the DID technical team culture. Finally, this paper evaluates the effect of DID technical team construction strategy of Weihao Company, and puts forward the guarantee measures of Weihao Company DID Technical team Construction Strategy, that is, organization guarantee, talent guarantee, and so on. After the implementation of DID technology team construction strategy, the DID technical team salary management, talent selection system, effective communication mechanism, team culture construction, training system have been obviously improved; After the implementation of DID technical team construction strategy, it can promote the implementation of development strategy, the improvement of staff quality and the construction of enterprise culture.
