【摘要】:隨著改革開發(fā)的加深和加入WTO,中國已超過日本成為全球第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體,中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)已成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)重要的組成部分。而近幾年,美國的金融危機(jī)的爆發(fā)也嚴(yán)重影響到了世界經(jīng)濟(jì)市場。因此,世界各國企業(yè)都在積極想對(duì)策應(yīng)對(duì)此次金融風(fēng)暴。作為電力系統(tǒng)中主要設(shè)備之一的變壓器行業(yè)近年來競爭非常激烈,,存在較大產(chǎn)能過,F(xiàn)象。在這種條件下,企業(yè)只有研究自己的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提高企業(yè)的競爭力,才能在金融風(fēng)暴和激烈的市場競爭中生存、發(fā)展、壯大。 本文通過對(duì)哈爾濱變壓器有限責(zé)任公司內(nèi)部環(huán)境的分析,包括生產(chǎn)能力、營銷能力、財(cái)務(wù)狀況、設(shè)備條件、技術(shù)水平、管理水平、員工素質(zhì)的分析,也通過對(duì)公司外部環(huán)境的分析,包括對(duì)市場環(huán)境、行業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)、市場需求、公司外部環(huán)境的優(yōu)勢劣勢的重點(diǎn)分析,研究了外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部環(huán)境給企業(yè)帶來的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),應(yīng)用了PEST分析、邁克爾·波特提出的“五力分析模型”、SWOT分析等方法,提出了哈爾濱變壓器有限責(zé)任公司目前應(yīng)該實(shí)施的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即降低成本戰(zhàn)略、縱向一體化戰(zhàn)略和擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略。并且制定了企業(yè)具體的職能戰(zhàn)略:人力資源戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略、市場營銷戰(zhàn)略、組織結(jié)構(gòu)戰(zhàn)略及企業(yè)文化戰(zhàn)略。最后對(duì)哈爾濱變壓器有限責(zé)任公司的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與控制進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and development and China's accession to WTO, China has surpassed Japan to become the second largest economy in the world, and China's economy has become an important part of the world economy. In recent years, the outbreak of the financial crisis in the United States has also seriously affected the world economic markets. Therefore, the world's enterprises are actively thinking of countermeasures to cope with the financial turmoil. As one of the main equipments in the power system, the transformer industry is very competitive in recent years, and there is a large overcapacity phenomenon. Under this condition, enterprises can survive, develop and strengthen in the financial storm and fierce market competition only by studying their own development strategy and improving their competitiveness. This paper analyzes the internal environment of Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd., including production capacity, marketing ability, financial condition, equipment condition, technical level, management level, staff quality, etc. Also through the analysis of the company's external environment, including the market environment, industry competition structure, market demand, the company's external environment strengths and weaknesses, the external environment, internal environment to bring opportunities and challenges to enterprises. By applying the methods of PEST analysis, Michael Porter's "five Forces Analysis Model" and SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward the enterprise development strategy that Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd. should implement at present, that is, the strategy of reducing cost. Vertical integration strategy and expansion strategy. And the specific function strategy of the enterprise is made: human resource strategy, technology research and development strategy, production strategy, marketing strategy, organization structure strategy and enterprise culture strategy. Finally, the implementation and control of the enterprise development strategy of Harbin Transformer Co., Ltd are described in detail.
