湖南煜坤投資集團(tuán)整車部員工績(jī)效管理體系改進(jìn)研究
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the competition in the global automobile market and the vigorous development of the domestic automobile market, the independent brands have to face not only the internal competition, but also the challenges from the joint venture brands. As the automobile business of Hunan Yukun Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the whole car department of Hunan Yukun Group), as the leading sales service of its own brand and auto parts business, it is among the automobile dealers in Hunan. At present has not obtained the leading position and the brand superiority, the competition pressure that faces next is bigger and bigger. Through the improvement of employee performance management system, improving the overall performance of Hunan Yukun Group vehicle Department is the basis of the realization of human resources strategy, but also an important guarantee to improve the core competitiveness of the vehicle department and achieve the strategic management objectives. This paper is divided into four chapters: the introduction mainly describes the research background and significance, research theoretical basis and literature review, the main content of the study, methods, and finally describes the overall research ideas and framework; In the second chapter, through the analysis of the development course and human resource management of the whole vehicle department, the problems and causes of the existing performance management of the staff of the whole car department are discussed step by step, and the present situation of the performance management of the whole car department staff is analyzed in an all-round way. The third chapter is based on the application of performance management theory, combined with the actual situation of the vehicle department, the principles and objectives of the improved design are defined, and the basic ideas of improving the scheme design are worked out, through the adjustment of the organizational structure. The optimization of the performance management operation process, the determination and decomposition of the strategic objectives of the whole vehicle department, and the scientific and feasible performance appraisal system are put forward. The fourth chapter mainly elaborates and analyzes the key link and the safeguard measures of the brand new employee performance management system of Hunan Yukun Group, as well as the continuous improvement. Different degrees of understanding and attention to performance management will affect the actual implementation results, thus greatly affecting the achievement of overall performance and the realization of strategic objectives. The significance of this study is to improve the performance management level of Hunan Yukun Group, promote the level of human resource management, and provide management guarantee for the realization of the overall strategic objectives. At the same time, it has strong reference significance for the performance management of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the same industry.
