【摘要】：新能源是利國(guó)利民的新事物,同時(shí)也是具有風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的發(fā)展項(xiàng)目,各級(jí)政府要培育健全的新能源市場(chǎng),建立合理的價(jià)格激勵(lì)機(jī)制,促進(jìn)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。新能源價(jià)格政策對(duì)尚處于發(fā)展初期的新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)是重要基礎(chǔ)條件,在分析我國(guó)新能源產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述當(dāng)前新能源價(jià)格政策存在的問(wèn)題,探討完善新能源價(jià)格策略促進(jìn)其產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:New energy is not only a new thing for the benefit of the country and the people, but also a development project with risks. Governments at all levels should cultivate a sound new energy market, establish a reasonable price incentive mechanism, and promote the development of new energy industry. The new energy price policy is an important basic condition for the new energy industry, which is still in the early stage of development. Based on the analysis of the present situation of the new energy industry in China, the problems existing in the current new energy price policy are expounded. This paper probes into the countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting the new energy price strategy to promote the development of its industry.
