【摘要】：本文針對(duì)目前天津市第三方食品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的作用、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、食品行業(yè)的檢驗(yàn)需求,結(jié)合市政府建設(shè)"智慧天津"、大力發(fā)展科技服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展形勢(shì),提出利用信息技術(shù)手段,建立應(yīng)用性、系統(tǒng)性、集成性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的第三方食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)平臺(tái)。探索第三方食品檢驗(yàn)服務(wù)平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)模式。集成信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、電子技術(shù)等;改變傳統(tǒng)線下檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)線上咨詢、線上委托、動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)、線下檢測(cè)等功能,并做到線上與線下無(wú)縫對(duì)接。整合信息化與現(xiàn)代物流資源,擴(kuò)展服務(wù)區(qū)域,保障食品安全。
[Abstract]:In view of the function and development of third-party food inspection organizations in Tianjin at present, the present situation of food industry inspection, and the construction of "smart Tianjin" by the municipal government, this paper puts forward the means of using information technology to develop the scientific and technological service industry. Establish an applicable, systematic, integrated and standardized third-party food inspection and detection platform. To explore the third-party food inspection service platform operation model. Integration of information technology, network technology, electronic technology and so on; change the traditional offline inspection and detection mode, realize online consultation, online commissioning, dynamic monitoring, offline detection and other functions, and achieve on-line and offline seamless docking. Integrate information and modern logistics resources, expand service areas, and ensure food safety.
