【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)加入WTO，煙草行業(yè)在應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、提升行業(yè)整體核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力等方面，面臨日趨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。中國(guó)煙草行業(yè)的物流建設(shè)，，經(jīng)過幾年的發(fā)展雖然取得了一定成效，然而也存在著如管理品質(zhì)提升、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本控制、工作有效推動(dòng)等方面的問題。 本文在對(duì)物流、物流管理以及定額管理等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，立足煙草企業(yè)內(nèi)部物流的Q煙草商業(yè)物流實(shí)際，對(duì)企業(yè)的管理模式、職能分工、工作流程等現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)存在物流觀念、流程優(yōu)化、成本控制、系統(tǒng)保障等方面的問題，并重點(diǎn)針對(duì)工作流程中的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、分揀、配送等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，將定額管理的管理理念引入企業(yè)實(shí)際管理中，從Q煙草商業(yè)物流定額管理應(yīng)用的范圍、難點(diǎn)、步驟等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。在具體的應(yīng)用過程中，圍繞費(fèi)用、勞動(dòng)、資源、管理等四個(gè)維度，以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的定額管理方法，量化設(shè)定企業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)的定額指標(biāo)，并根據(jù)定額周期進(jìn)行考核。 2012年通過推行定額管理，Q煙草商業(yè)物流企業(yè)在管理質(zhì)量、運(yùn)營(yíng)成本、工作推動(dòng)等方面取得了一定成效。在涉及企業(yè)費(fèi)用指標(biāo)、效益指標(biāo)、效率指標(biāo)的25項(xiàng)指標(biāo)中，2011年未達(dá)到定額目標(biāo)值的人均勞動(dòng)效率、人均配送效率等6項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，通過一年的定額管理推動(dòng)，均已達(dá)標(biāo)。卷煙三項(xiàng)費(fèi)用率、單箱卷煙經(jīng)營(yíng)費(fèi)用等7項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，被列為全省煙草商業(yè)物流企業(yè)的先進(jìn)指標(biāo)。2012年末Q煙草商業(yè)物流榮獲國(guó)家“AAA級(jí)物流企業(yè)”稱號(hào)。
[Abstract]:With China's accession to the WTO, the tobacco industry is facing increasingly severe challenges in dealing with international competition and enhancing the overall core competitiveness of the industry. Problem.
Based on the research of logistics, logistics management, quota management and other related theories, and based on the reality of Q-tobacco commercial logistics in the internal logistics of tobacco enterprises, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of management mode, function division and work flow of enterprises, and finds that enterprises have logistics concepts, process optimization, cost control, system guarantee, etc. On this basis, the management concept of quota management is introduced into the actual management of enterprises, and the application scope, difficulties and steps of Q tobacco commercial logistics quota management are studied. With the four dimensions of labor, resources and management, standardized quota management method is used to set the quota index quantitatively for each link of the enterprise and assess it according to the quota cycle.
Through the implementation of quota management in 2012, Q tobacco commercial logistics enterprises have achieved some success in terms of management quality, operation cost and work promotion. Among the 25 indicators related to enterprise cost, benefit and efficiency, 6 indicators, such as per capita labor efficiency and per capita distribution efficiency, were not reached the quota target value in 2011, and passed one year. The three cost rates of cigarettes and the operating costs of single-case cigarettes were listed as the advanced indicators of tobacco commercial logistics enterprises in the whole province.
