供電企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)運行效果評價研究

【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代全球化的市場經(jīng)濟大背景下，供電企業(yè)面對著競爭日益加劇、市場形勢瞬息萬變以及消費者需求日益多元化的生存環(huán)境，需要供電企業(yè)對變化的環(huán)境靈敏地作出有效反應(yīng)。順應(yīng)時代潮流，提高競爭手段，尋求新的發(fā)展機遇，是當今供電企業(yè)面臨的根本問題。因此，對供電企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)進行有效的評估，根據(jù)評估的結(jié)果提出有針對性的升級方案和進一步深化的應(yīng)用方案已經(jīng)成為新一輪企業(yè)進行信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)規(guī)劃的當務(wù)之急。 本研究針對供電企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的運行效果進行評價，在參照大量文獻的基礎(chǔ)上，總結(jié)方法和經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合供電企業(yè)的特點，建立了一套適用于供電企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)的評價指標體系。評價指標體系是在總體目標下，由四個二級指標組成，它們分別是信息系統(tǒng)的組織管理方面、信息系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)方面、信息系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)性能方面、信息系統(tǒng)的效益方面，并對指標內(nèi)涵進行了詳細界定；用層次分析法確定各指標的權(quán)重，然后運用定性SWOT分析和定量SWOT模型對供電企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)進行了綜合研究，SWOT分析法確定各指標的的發(fā)生力度，通過定義發(fā)生力度的極坐標確定位置，得出戰(zhàn)略四邊形的重心坐標，進而確定效果評價。最后用模型對具體的實例企業(yè)進行評價研究，綜合的評價模型符合實際情況，，并且得到了相關(guān)結(jié)論，提出了建議和意見。 本文綜合運用了定性和定量相結(jié)合的研究方法，以具體的企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)為背景，論述了企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的全過程，使研究成果融理論性、實用性和可操作性于一體，對供電企業(yè)提高競爭力，適應(yīng)當今社會日益多元化的發(fā)展具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of modern global market economy, power supply enterprises are facing the increasingly fierce competition, the rapidly changing market situation and the increasingly diversified living environment of consumer demand. Power supply companies are required to respond sensitively to the changing environment. Conforming to the trend of the times, improving the means of competition and seeking new opportunities for development are the fundamental problems facing the power supply enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to evaluate the information system of the power supply enterprise effectively, propose the targeted upgrade scheme and further deepen the application plan according to the result of the evaluation, which is the urgent task for the new round enterprise to carry on the information system construction plan. This study evaluates the operation effect of power supply enterprise information system, on the basis of referring to a lot of literature, summarizes the method and experience, and combines the characteristics of power supply enterprise, establishes a set of evaluation index system suitable for power supply enterprise information system. Under the overall objective, the evaluation index system is composed of four secondary indicators, namely, the organization and management of information system, the infrastructure of information system, the technical performance of information system, the benefit of information system. The index connotation is defined in detail, the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process, then the power supply enterprise information system is comprehensively studied by using qualitative SWOT analysis and quantitative SWOT model to determine the intensity of each index. By defining the polar coordinates of the force of occurrence to determine the position, the barycenter coordinates of the strategic quadrilateral are obtained, and then the evaluation of the effect is determined. Finally, the model is used to evaluate the concrete enterprise. The comprehensive evaluation model is in line with the actual situation, and the relevant conclusions are obtained, and the suggestions and suggestions are put forward. This paper synthetically uses the qualitative and quantitative research methods, taking the concrete enterprise information system construction as the background, discusses the whole process of the enterprise information system construction, and makes the research results melt the theory, the practicability and the maneuverability. It is of great significance for power supply enterprises to improve their competitiveness and adapt to the increasingly diversified development of today's society.
