【摘要】：東營市是勝利油田所在地,作為山東半島藍色經(jīng)濟區(qū)的重要組成部分,是國家唯一全部納入國家黃藍兩大國家戰(zhàn)略的城市,同時也是黃河三角洲高效生態(tài)經(jīng)濟區(qū)的核心區(qū)域。東營勝利經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)處于東營市中心區(qū),于2002年5月成立,現(xiàn)規(guī)劃面積為33.69平方公里,是一家以石油裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)為主的特色園區(qū)。2012年,石油裝備制造企業(yè)產(chǎn)值占到了園區(qū)總產(chǎn)值的83%以上,培育出了年產(chǎn)值10億元以上的山東科瑞集團、勝利油田勝機、孚瑞特集團、勝油固井等一批石油裝備企業(yè)。2008年被中國設(shè)備與管理協(xié)會命名為“中國石油裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)基地”。近年來,隨著園區(qū)石油裝備制造業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,有些問題也逐步突顯出來,有的甚至已經(jīng)上升為制約園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的瓶頸因素,如果這些問題得不到很好地解決,那么園區(qū)的石油裝備制造業(yè)很難再獲得高質(zhì)量、高速度的發(fā)展。本次研究的實踐意義在于立足于經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)實際,利用各種分析工具,通過走訪企業(yè)高管等方式實地調(diào)研,掌握盡可能翔實的數(shù)據(jù),理清產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及未來發(fā)展趨勢,為園區(qū)在石油裝備產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特別是在招商引資方向、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、企業(yè)間關(guān)聯(lián)配套、資本運作及政府扶持政策制定、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施配套等方面提供有較強針對性和可操作性的解決方案,使勝利經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)在未來10年內(nèi)能夠抓住有利發(fā)展機遇,突破瓶頸制約,實現(xiàn)高水平、跳躍式發(fā)展。本次研究的理論意義在于在產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭分析方面作出有益探索,豐富產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略分析方面的理論。
[Abstract]:Dongying is the location of Shengli Oilfield, as an important part of the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, is the only city that the state has brought into the national strategy of yellow and blue, and is also the core region of the efficient ecological economic zone of the Yellow River Delta. Dongying Shengli Economic Development Zone is located in the center of Dongying City. It was established in May 2002. It has a planned area of 33.69 square kilometers. The output value of the petroleum equipment manufacturing enterprises accounted for more than 83% of the total output value of the park, and the Shandong Kerui Group, Shengli Oilfield Shengji, Fritt Group, with an annual output value of more than 1 billion yuan, were cultivated. In recent years, with the rapid development of the petroleum equipment manufacturing industry in the park, some problems have been gradually highlighted, and some have even become the bottleneck factor restricting the industrial development of the park. If these problems are not well solved, So the park's oil equipment manufacturing industry is difficult to obtain high-quality, high-speed development. The practical significance of this study lies in taking a foothold in the reality of the economic development zone, using various analytical tools, by visiting enterprise executives and other ways of on-the-spot investigation, mastering as full and accurate data as possible, and clarifying the present situation and future development trend of the industry development. For the development of the petroleum equipment industry in the park, especially in the direction of attracting investment, the layout of the industry, the connection between enterprises, the operation of capital and the formulation of government support policies, In the following 10 years, the Shengli Economic Development Zone can seize the favorable development opportunities, break through the bottleneck constraints, and achieve a high level and leaping development. The theoretical significance of this study is to make a beneficial exploration in industrial competition analysis and enrich the theory of industrial strategic analysis.
