大型發(fā)電企業(yè)組織績效評價體系研究
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21st century, the reform of electric power system and the reform of supervision system of state-owned assets in China have brought new challenges to the electric power industry. If large power generation enterprises want to survive and develop in the new challenge and competition, it is the key to strengthen their own management. Management can not be separated from examination, and in the new situation, the organizational performance evaluation of large power generation enterprises has also ushered in new changes. The performance evaluation of power generation enterprises is a comprehensive and objective evaluation of the enterprise's production and management behavior and its results in a certain period of time by using scientific and normative methods according to the specific indicators and standards. Scientific performance evaluation can play a positive role in the production and management activities of power generation enterprises, and enable enterprises to comprehensively evaluate their own operating conditions and development trends. It is helpful for enterprises to set up and perfect the restriction and incentive mechanism to allocate limited resources effectively and to improve the management level and comprehensive competitive ability of enterprises. The research of scientific and effective power generation enterprise performance evaluation system is an important and realistic subject in the process of Chinese electric power enterprise reform. First of all, this paper summarizes the related theories of organizational performance evaluation and the related theory of the same industry target, and proposes to study the evaluation of organizational performance by using the theory of peer scale. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of the organizational performance evaluation of large power generation enterprises, and puts forward the problems existing in the organizational performance evaluation of large power generation enterprises and the need to establish organizational performance evaluation. Secondly, the index system of organizational performance evaluation of large power generation enterprises is constructed based on the theory of peer bidding, and the preprocessing of evaluation index and the determination of index weight are studied, and the method of index preprocessing and weight determination suitable for this study is put forward. Finally, according to the index system mentioned above, the organizational performance of five large power generation enterprises is evaluated by using different evaluation methods. In this paper, the research on the performance evaluation system of large power generation enterprises based on peer contrast is of theoretical and practical significance.
