【摘要】：歐盟是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)制造業(yè)的發(fā)源地,長期保持著世界工業(yè)的領(lǐng)先水平。歐委會根據(jù)全球高新技術(shù)發(fā)展態(tài)勢和歐盟的發(fā)展需求及相對競爭優(yōu)勢,確定了歐盟工業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的六大關(guān)鍵勢能技術(shù)(KETs)領(lǐng)域。工業(yè)先進制造系統(tǒng)是其六大關(guān)鍵勢能技術(shù)之一,為此,歐盟為之制定了具體的優(yōu)惠政策和行動舉措給予重點扶持,旨在提升歐盟先進制造業(yè)的世界競爭力,促進經(jīng)濟增長和擴大就業(yè)。通過對歐盟工業(yè)先進制造系統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和未來發(fā)展趨勢進行綜合研究分析,意在為我國戰(zhàn)略性新興技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供有益的線索和經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:The European Union is the birthplace of modern industrial manufacturing, maintaining the world's leading level of industry for a long time. According to the development trend of high and new technology in the world and the development demand and relative competitive advantage of the European Union, the European Commission has determined six key potential energy technology (KETs) fields for the sustainable industrial development of the European Union. The industrial advanced manufacturing system is one of its six key potential energy technologies. For this reason, the European Union has formulated specific preferential policies and actions to give priority support, with the aim of enhancing the world competitiveness of the EU's advanced manufacturing industries. Promoting economic growth and expanding employment. Through the comprehensive research and analysis of the industrial development status, R & D innovation, challenges and future development trends of the industrial advanced manufacturing system in the European Union, It is intended to provide useful clues and experience for the sustainable development of strategic emerging technology industry in China.
