電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的研究與實踐

【摘要】:面對激烈的市場競爭,企業(yè)資源計劃(ERP)已成為發(fā)達(dá)國家企業(yè)提高管理水平和綜合實力的一種行之有效的工具。在電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)中實施ERP,不可全盤照搬。電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)大多屬于國有老企業(yè),在多年的發(fā)展中積累一定管理經(jīng)驗和習(xí)慣。做為管理者和勞動者都不希望過多地改變自己一貫的工作流程和管理方式。成套ERP系統(tǒng)中復(fù)雜的用戶界面、繁瑣的操作以及不清晰的業(yè)務(wù)流程,都嚴(yán)重影響著系統(tǒng)在老企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用效果。 論文針對電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)狀,,提出一種合理的解決方案:即在采購、倉儲及財務(wù)管理方面采用成熟ERP系統(tǒng);在營銷、生產(chǎn)等環(huán)節(jié)開發(fā)適合自身特點的生產(chǎn)管理軟件。最終將數(shù)據(jù)呈現(xiàn)在一個整合的界面上,從而即達(dá)到提高企業(yè)信息化水平的目的,又最大限度地減少了管理者與職工適應(yīng)的時間,減小了對生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營造成的影響,提高了ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的成功率。 本文以中國能源建設(shè)集團鞍山鐵塔制造總廠信息化建設(shè)為例,詳細(xì)分析了ERP系統(tǒng)行業(yè)化的可行性,同時根據(jù)電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)的特點對其信息化建設(shè)過程進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計。介紹了軟件開發(fā)中的局域網(wǎng)構(gòu)建、網(wǎng)站建設(shè)、放樣軟件TMA的應(yīng)用、條碼技術(shù)應(yīng)用等具體細(xì)節(jié)。以鐵塔產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)為例敘述了ERP模塊的選用與運行。最終對研究結(jié)果做了認(rèn)真的分析和總結(jié),同時對電力設(shè)備制造企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行了展望與預(yù)測。
[Abstract]:In the face of fierce market competition, (ERP) has become an effective tool for enterprises in developed countries to improve their management level and comprehensive strength. The implementation of ERP, in power equipment manufacturing enterprises can not be completely copied. Power equipment manufacturing enterprises mostly belong to the old state-owned enterprises, accumulated some management experience and habits in the development of many years. As managers and workers, they do not want to change their usual workflow and management. The complex user interface, complicated operation and unclear business process in the complete ERP system seriously affect the application effect of the system in the old enterprise. According to the present production situation of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward a reasonable solution: adopt mature ERP system in purchasing, warehousing and financial management, and develop production management software suitable for its own characteristics in marketing and production. Finally, the data is presented on an integrated interface, thus achieving the purpose of improving the level of enterprise information, minimizing the time for managers and workers to adapt to it, and reducing the impact on production and operation. The success rate of ERP system is improved. Taking the informatization construction of Anshan Iron Tower Manufacturing Plant of China Energy Construction Group as an example, the feasibility of ERP system industrialization is analyzed in detail, and the overall design of the informatization construction process is also given according to the characteristics of power equipment manufacturing enterprises. This paper introduces the construction of local area network, the construction of website, the application of lofting software TMA, the application of bar code technology and so on. Taking the production data of iron tower as an example, the selection and operation of ERP module are described. Finally, the research results are analyzed and summarized, and the information construction of electric power equipment manufacturing enterprises is forecasted.
