卷煙區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局優(yōu)化研究
[Abstract]:As a big tobacco country, China's tobacco industry has formed a relatively large industrial scale and a relatively complete industrial system, including tobacco planting industry, tobacco commerce and related industries. At the same time, as an important component of national economic system and an important source of national revenue, tobacco industry plays an important role in the national economy. However, with the deepening of the national tobacco control work and the increase of the expectation of abolishing the tobacco monopoly and opening up the cigarette market, the gap and deficiency in the cigarette brand construction and the cigarette logistics network system construction in the industry itself has been increased. The tobacco industry is faced with more severe internal and external environment, the development of the industry will face enormous pressure and challenges. How to deal with the challenge, solve the problem of development, grasp the idea of "high quality, high efficiency, low cost", accomplish the task of "level of cigarette", and realize the rapid development of tobacco industry has become the problem that the tobacco industry needs to solve at present. According to the actual situation of tobacco industry, this paper takes optimizing the distribution of regional logistics network of cigarette as a breakthrough to solve the difficult problems in the development of the industry, aiming at the existing problems and deficiencies in the distribution system of cigarette logistics with prefecture-level companies as the regional division units. This paper puts forward the idea of establishing a new distribution of cigarette regional logistics network based on provincial area as regional division unit. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the selected topic of the paper, describes the domestic and foreign research on the regional logistics network and cigarette logistics, and then discusses the regional logistics network in theory in detail. It also introduces the integer programming and fuzzy theory which need to be dealt with in the following chapters. As the core of this paper, the paper mainly studies the distribution optimization of cigarette regional logistics network by the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods and the combination of theory and practice. Specifically speaking: first, through the analysis of the related factors of the cigarette regional logistics network layout, using the integer programming theory, the structure system and the layout model of the cigarette regional logistics network layout are constructed; second, The evaluation index system of cigarette regional logistics network layout is established by reasonably selecting and classifying each evaluation index of cigarette regional logistics network layout (composed of 12 evaluation indexes of 3 categories); third, The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is formed by using fuzzy mathematics. Fourth, taking Shaanxi tobacco as an example, the model of cigarette regional logistics network layout and the evaluation method of cigarette regional logistics network layout are used. This paper makes an empirical study on the distribution optimization of Shaanxi cigarette regional logistics network, and puts forward corresponding solutions to some derivative problems after the optimization. By optimizing the distribution of cigarette regional logistics network, on the one hand, the personnel, vehicles and corresponding expenses will be reduced, and the scale benefit of modern logistics will be brought into full play in the field of cigarette logistics, and good apparent economic benefits will be realized. On the other hand, the operation flow is optimized, the management level is improved, the competitive ability of the enterprise is strengthened, and the recessive economic benefit is realized. At the same time, the research of this paper also provides some reference for the optimization of regional logistics network layout inside and outside the industry.
