K公司倉儲管理優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈。倉儲管理的提升能夠增強企業(yè)的競爭力,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性問題。因此,倉儲管理的提升與優(yōu)化成為了企業(yè)非常重要的研究內(nèi)容。K公司是一家食品生產(chǎn)企業(yè),主營多種口味的方便面,隨著市場需求量的不斷增加,,使其原物料的使用量也在相應(yīng)的增加,給原物料倉庫造成了很大的儲存及管理的壓力,并出現(xiàn)了很多的問題,這些問題已經(jīng)直接影響到了企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運營。 本文通過實際的企業(yè)調(diào)研,根據(jù)K公司原物料倉庫的管理現(xiàn)狀,分析其出現(xiàn)的問題,如:貨架擺放不合理、動線設(shè)置出現(xiàn)了迂回、對流和交叉,各個崗位職責(zé)不明確,工作效率較低等。對這些問題采用科學(xué)研究方法,從倉儲作業(yè)優(yōu)化、倉儲作業(yè)人員管理與績效評價、基于信息化的WMS共三個方面,為K公司制定了倉儲優(yōu)化方案,最終幫助K公司解決增加庫容、降低庫存、提高倉儲效率及標準化管理的問題,以增強K公司的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展能力和核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:With the development of our social economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. The improvement of warehouse management can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and realize the strategic problem of sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the promotion and optimization of warehousing management has become a very important research content of the enterprise. K Company is a food production enterprise, mainly engaged in a variety of flavors of instant noodles, with the increasing market demand, The usage of raw materials is also increasing correspondingly, which has caused great pressure on storage and management of raw materials warehouse, and many problems have appeared. These problems have directly affected the production and operation of enterprises. Through the actual enterprise investigation and research, according to the management status of the original material warehouse of K Company, this paper analyzes the existing problems, such as unreasonable shelf arrangement, circuitous, convection and crossover of the moving line setting, unclear responsibilities of each post, etc. Low working efficiency. This paper adopts scientific research methods to develop the storage optimization scheme for K Company from three aspects: warehouse operation optimization, warehouse operator management and performance evaluation, WMS based on information technology, and finally help K company to solve the problem of increasing storage capacity. Reduce inventory, improve storage efficiency and standardized management issues to enhance K's sustainability and core competitiveness.
