研發(fā)投入和研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)汽車(chē)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效的實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the aggravation of the competition in the enterprise market, the complexity and importance of the technological innovation activities are highlighted at the same time, innovation becomes the key for the enterprise to win the competitive advantage, at the same time, the enterprise increases the manpower and material resources in order to promote the innovation performance. Financial investment How to improve the efficiency of R & D investment and whether it can significantly improve the innovation performance has become the focus of domestic and foreign enterprises. Intra-enterprise innovation network is composed of R & D personnel involved in technological innovation activities, which has an impact on technological innovation through knowledge transfer and sharing within enterprises. This paper discusses the causes of the difference between R & D investment and enterprise innovation performance from the perspective of the attribute of internal innovation network structure. It has far-reaching practical significance to improve the utilization rate of enterprise R & D investment and enhance enterprise innovation performance. Based on the theory of technological innovation and knowledge management, this paper summarizes the essence of technological innovation and the influence of network structure on knowledge transfer. Social network analysis was introduced to study the regulatory effect of R & D team network structure on R & D investment and innovation performance. This paper defines the concept of network structure of R & D team on the basis of combing related literature at home and abroad, and divides it into three dimensions: network density, network center potential and E-I index. From the perspective of knowledge transfer, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the three dimensions of R & D team network density on enterprise innovation performance and its regulatory effect on the relationship between R & D investment and innovation performance. In this paper, a model of the influence of R & D investment on enterprise innovation performance is established, which takes R & D team network structure as the adjusting variable, and the corresponding research hypothesis is put forward at the same time. In this paper, 157 listed companies in China's automobile industry are selected for empirical research, and the sample data are tested by descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis. The results show that R & D investment has a significant positive correlation with enterprise innovation performance, network density and network center potential have a significant positive impact on enterprise innovation performance, and the relationship between R & D investment and innovation performance is significantly regulated. E-I index negatively regulates the relationship between R & D investment and innovation performance, but the negative impact on innovation performance is not significant, which indicates that E-I index does not regulate the relationship between R & D investment and innovation performance by influencing knowledge transfer. According to the research results, this paper puts forward the following management countermeasures and suggestions: (1) increasing R & D personnel input is the basis of improving enterprise innovation performance; (2) perfecting the network structure of R & D team and improving R D investment utilization ratio. The improvement of enterprise innovation performance is a systematic process. In addition to increasing R & D investment, we should strengthen the construction of internal network structure and give full play to the role of R & D team network structure in the process of R & D investment in the process of improving enterprise innovation performance. It is expected that the analysis and discussion in this paper can further enrich the research on the relationship between R & D investment and enterprise innovation performance, and bring some guiding significance to the management practice of enterprises.
