BGPG公司ERP項(xiàng)目溝通管理研究

【摘要】:在信息化熱潮勢(shì)不可擋的今天,企業(yè)對(duì)于應(yīng)用、開發(fā)ERP越來(lái)越熱衷,隨著多年的不斷摸索,目前已經(jīng)取得了階段性成果。但是ERP系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的過(guò)程,它不僅包含了企業(yè)產(chǎn)、銷、研的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程,更是涵蓋了人力資源、財(cái)務(wù)等其它和企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)相關(guān)的領(lǐng)域,其意義的體現(xiàn)不僅僅在于能夠成功的開發(fā),關(guān)鍵還在于開發(fā)之后應(yīng)用的深度。其開發(fā)過(guò)程不僅需要專業(yè)人員的涉入,更是需要今后系統(tǒng)的使用人員的參與。開發(fā)中面臨著人員多、部門多、信息量大等特點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)介紹的是BGPG公司開發(fā)ERP系統(tǒng)的案例,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目溝通管理的方法,研究在ERP項(xiàng)目中如何進(jìn)行溝通管理。通過(guò)對(duì)BGPG公司ERP項(xiàng)目的溝通管理的調(diào)研,提出BGPG公司ERP項(xiàng)目存在的基本保障、溝通效率、溝通渠道、沖突管理、信息管理等五個(gè)方面問(wèn)題,并用魚骨圖分析存在問(wèn)題的原因。根據(jù)對(duì)BGPG公司ERP項(xiàng)目的溝通管理問(wèn)題的整理和分析,為類似系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)提供可借鑒的溝通策略:通過(guò)選擇合適的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員、建立完善的溝通管理體系、搭建良好的溝通網(wǎng)絡(luò)作為溝通的基本保障;通過(guò)縮小成員差異化、增強(qiáng)成員對(duì)于信息以及溝通重視程度、培養(yǎng)成員之間的相互信、優(yōu)化信息傳遞的結(jié)構(gòu)、制定合理溝通計(jì)劃、靈活運(yùn)用溝通技巧等措施提高溝通效率;通過(guò)認(rèn)知溝通渠道的重要性,在成員之間建立全通道式的溝通渠道,在部門之間建立平行的溝通渠道,以此來(lái)保證溝通的順暢;通過(guò)研究沖突的發(fā)生及發(fā)展過(guò)程,找到?jīng)_突解決的辦法;通過(guò)對(duì)信息的需求進(jìn)行分析,編制嚴(yán)格的信息需求計(jì)劃,規(guī)范信息的處理及流轉(zhuǎn)方式,保障溝通信息的準(zhǔn)確性。通過(guò)研究,一方面提升自己的專業(yè)能力,同時(shí)也希望得出的結(jié)論對(duì)于其他企業(yè)有借鑒作用,使得后來(lái)企業(yè)在開發(fā)ERP系統(tǒng)時(shí)能夠少走彎路。
[Abstract]:Today, the tide of information technology is unstoppable, enterprises are more and more keen on the application and development of ERP. However, the development of ERP system is a complicated process. It not only includes the production process of enterprise production, marketing and research, but also covers other fields related to enterprise production and management, such as human resources, finance and so on. The significance of the development is not only the successful development, but also the depth of the application after the development. The development process needs not only the involvement of professionals, but also the participation of the users of the system in the future. In the development is faced with many personnel, the department many, the information quantity and so on characteristic. This paper introduces the case of ERP system developed by BGPG Company, and studies how to manage communication in ERP project by using the method of project communication management. Based on the investigation of the communication management of ERP project in BGPG Company, this paper puts forward five problems in ERP project of BGPG Company, such as basic guarantee, communication efficiency, communication channel, conflict management and information management, and analyzes the reasons for the problems by using fish bone map. According to the arrangement and analysis of the communication management problems of the ERP project of BGPG Company, this paper provides a communication strategy for the development of similar systems: selecting the right team members, establishing a perfect communication management system, Build a good communication network as the basic guarantee of communication, by reducing the diversity of members, enhance the degree of attention to information and communication among members, cultivate mutual trust among members, optimize the structure of information transmission, formulate a reasonable communication plan. Flexible use of communication skills and other measures to improve communication efficiency, through the importance of communication channels, the establishment of full-channel communication channels among members, the establishment of parallel communication channels between departments, so as to ensure the smooth communication; By studying the process of occurrence and development of conflict, we can find the solution to the conflict, analyze the demand of information, draw up strict plan of information demand, standardize the way of information processing and flow, and guarantee the accuracy of communication information. Through research, on the one hand, improve their own professional ability, but also hope to draw conclusions for other enterprises, so that enterprises later in the development of ERP system can be less detours.
