都蘭太陽能發(fā)電建設(shè)項目技術(shù)經(jīng)濟可行性研究
[Abstract]:Energy is the basic driving force of national economic development. Facing the severe energy situation and the pressure of the change of human living environment (climate warming), countries all over the world take the development and utilization of sustainable clean energy as the strategic focus of the future energy development. Solar energy has become one of the focuses of attention because of its rich resources, no geographical boundary, clean and other unique advantages. It has become the renewable energy with the potential of large-scale commercial development and utilization after hydropower and wind power. Based on the analysis of the technical and economic feasibility of the solar power generation project in Dulan, Qinghai, this paper provides an important basis for the construction of the photovoltaic power station and has important theoretical and practical significance. There are abundant solar energy resources in Dulan County of Qinghai Province. This paper analyzes and demonstrates the Prophase demonstration of constructing 30MWp photovoltaic power station in Dulan, Qinghai Province. The paper introduces the situation of solar energy resources and meteorological conditions in Dulan County by the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis, systematic analysis, theoretical and empirical research. This paper discusses the environment and conditions for the construction and operation of photovoltaic power station, evaluates the project of 30MWp photovoltaic power station in Dulan, Qinghai province, and gives the basis of financial evaluation, such as raising funds, total cost of generating electricity, electricity price and benefit of power generation. Finally, according to the CDM requirements, the project provides 51.3824 million kWh of clean electricity to the power grid every year. If the project can be registered as a CDM project successfully, the financial index of the project can be greatly improved and the investment risk can be reduced. How to obtain the fund subsidy by applying for CDM project will be the focus of the work and the direction of the effort.
