【摘要】：構(gòu)建了一個能反映環(huán)境污染整體情況的污染指數(shù),在此基礎(chǔ)上對電力、經(jīng)濟、環(huán)境污染三者之間的關(guān)系進行了分析研究。對污染治理、經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與電力工具的相關(guān)性方面對電力工業(yè)發(fā)展提出若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:A pollution index which can reflect the whole situation of environmental pollution is constructed, and the relationship among electricity, economy and environmental pollution is analyzed and studied. Some policy suggestions are put forward for the development of power industry in the aspects of pollution control, economic development and the correlation between power tools and economic development.
