【摘要】：中國兵工事業(yè)從誕生開始,就隨著人民解放事業(yè)的發(fā)展而一路輝煌的發(fā)展著,為中華人民共和國的建立,創(chuàng)立了不小的豐功偉績。改革開放以來,兵工事業(yè)不斷的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,研制出了一批批新型武器裝備,既滿足了國防裝備現(xiàn)代化需要,也為國防科技工業(yè)發(fā)展和國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了卓越貢獻。兵工企業(yè)的文化正經(jīng)歷著從傳統(tǒng)被動到主動到全球化的轉(zhuǎn)變。兵工企業(yè)就要想到如何在保持傳統(tǒng)的同時接納現(xiàn)代文化,形成一種既適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代又具有自己特色的新變化。這其中對于黨建存在的問題進行研究剖析,自己對于黨建機制應(yīng)如何改善做出一點建議。而在新形勢下兵器工業(yè)的問題研究依然是一個重要的問題,其專業(yè)化子集團的黨建工-作面臨著新的各種各樣的問題。本文就其工作的重要性進行分析,通過中國兵工集團下屬的西北機電研究所總結(jié)了其所面臨的問題并進行了簡要分析,為新形勢下兵器工業(yè)專業(yè)化子集團黨建機制工作存在的問題研究方面做出了調(diào)研。本文致力于在現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)上研究中國兵器工業(yè)集團的黨建工作機制,總結(jié)集團黨建工作機制研究的新成果,研究黨建工作機制落實時所遇到的新情況,積極為集團能夠更好的做好黨建思想政治工作提出具有良好建設(shè)性、執(zhí)行性的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of the people's liberation, China's military and engineering industry developed brilliantly from the beginning of its birth, and created great achievements for the establishment of the people's Republic of China. Since the reform and opening up, the military industry has been continuously innovating and developing a number of new types of weapons and equipment, which not only meet the needs of modernization of national defense equipment, but also make outstanding contributions to the development of national defense science, technology, industry and national economy. The culture of military enterprises is changing from traditional passive to active to global. Military enterprises should think of how to accept modern culture while keeping tradition, and form a new change which can adapt to modern and have its own characteristics. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the Party building, and makes some suggestions on how to improve the Party building mechanism. However, under the new situation, the research of the weapon industry is still an important issue, and the party construction work of its specialized sub-group is facing new and various problems. This paper analyzes the importance of its work, summarizes the problems it faces through the Northwest Electromechanical Research Institute of China military Engineering Group, and makes a brief analysis. This paper investigates the problems existing in the party construction mechanism of the specialized sub-group of weapon industry under the new situation. This paper is devoted to studying the working mechanism of the Party construction of China Armament Industry Group on the existing basis, summing up the new achievements of the research on the working mechanism of the Party Construction of the Group, and studying the new situation encountered in the implementation of the working mechanism of the Party Construction. Positive for the group can better do the ideological and political work of the party building has a good constructive, executive countermeasures and suggestions.
