【摘要】：“光伏”是近年來中國發(fā)展最快、最有生氣的行業(yè)之一，但是深受歐債危機(jī)和歐美雙反的調(diào)查的影響，中國的光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)陷入極度的困境中。中國的光伏企業(yè)如何才能走出困境，應(yīng)該怎樣選擇財(cái)務(wù)行為才能走出困境，是本文研究的目的。 財(cái)務(wù)行為是重要的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)行為之一，尤其是在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下，從宏觀上講金融已逐漸成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心，從微觀上講企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)管理是企業(yè)一切管理活動的中心，企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)行為也就成為了企業(yè)其他經(jīng)濟(jì)行為的中心。財(cái)務(wù)行為分為投資、融資和收益分配行為，本文針對A光伏公司目前所處的困境，，從投資、融資和收益分配上對其走出困境提出建議。 本文共分為五章。第一章提出了文章的研究背景和意義，介紹了財(cái)務(wù)行為的概念和研究現(xiàn)狀，并說明了本文的研究方法、基本思路和基本內(nèi)容。第二章介紹了光伏行業(yè)的概況。第三章介紹了A光伏公司的基本情況并分析了其財(cái)務(wù)困境情況。第四章從財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略矩陣與生命周期耦合的視角，分析了A光伏公司目前所處的企業(yè)生命周期。第五章基于A光伏公司目前的財(cái)務(wù)困境和所處的生命周期，對A光伏公司走出困境進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)行為選擇提供建議，包括投資行為、融資行為和收益分配行為的建議。希望本文的研究成果能為A光伏公司走出困境提供一些有益的參考和借鑒，也希望能對其他的光伏企業(yè)有所啟示。
[Abstract]:Photovoltaic (PV) is one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic industries in China in recent years, but under the influence of the European debt crisis and Euro-American double reaction investigation, China's photovoltaic industry is in extreme difficulty. How the photovoltaic enterprises in China can get out of the predicament and how to choose the financial behavior to get out of the predicament is the purpose of this paper. Financial behavior is one of the important social and economic behaviors, especially in the socialist market economy system, finance has gradually become the core of the modern economy from the macroscopic view, and the financial management of the enterprise is the center of all the management activities of the enterprise from the microscopic point of view. The financial behavior of enterprises has become the center of other economic behaviors of enterprises. The financial behavior is divided into investment, financing and income distribution behavior. In view of the predicament of A photovoltaic company at present, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to get out of the dilemma from the aspects of investment, financing and income distribution. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter puts forward the research background and significance of the article, introduces the concept and research status of financial behavior, and explains the research methods, basic ideas and basic contents of this paper. The second chapter introduces the general situation of photovoltaic industry. The third chapter introduces the basic situation of A photovoltaic company and analyzes its financial distress. In chapter 4, the enterprise life cycle of A photovoltaic company is analyzed from the perspective of the coupling of financial strategy matrix and life cycle. In chapter 5, based on the current financial distress and life cycle of A photovoltaic company, suggestions are provided for the choice of financial behavior of A photovoltaic company out of distress, including investment behavior, financing behavior and income distribution behavior. I hope that the research results of this paper can provide some useful reference for A photovoltaic companies out of the dilemma, but also hope to other photovoltaic enterprises enlightenment.
