【摘要】：2013年國家《能源發(fā)展"十二五"規(guī)劃》提出,到2015年,"煤炭消費(fèi)比重降低到65%左右"。針對(duì)規(guī)劃提出的目標(biāo),本文預(yù)測了煤炭市場倒逼機(jī)制下我國能源消費(fèi)總量及結(jié)構(gòu)在2014年和2015年的情況。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),即使按保守的估計(jì),2014年和2015年我國原煤消費(fèi)量占一次能源消費(fèi)量的比重也將下降到65%以下。為促進(jìn)煤炭行業(yè)適應(yīng)這一變化,本文提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the state's 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Development proposed that by 2015, the proportion of coal consumption should be reduced to about 65 percent. Aiming at the target of the plan, this paper forecasts the total energy consumption and its structure in 2014 and 2015 under the backward mechanism of coal market. This paper finds that the proportion of raw coal consumption in primary energy consumption in 2014 and 2015 will decrease to less than 65% even according to conservative estimate. In order to promote the coal industry to adapt to this change, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
