【摘要】：市場(chǎng)環(huán)境促進(jìn)著管理方式的變革，業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的思想便是在適應(yīng)現(xiàn)今復(fù)雜多變、日新月異、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境下誕生的。作為一種能夠很好的適應(yīng)環(huán)境，并且快速高效解決企業(yè)問題的思想，它一出現(xiàn)便迅速得到大家認(rèn)可而變成一種重要的管理學(xué)理論和實(shí)踐方法。業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的中心思想就是對(duì)企業(yè)的整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程做根本的再思考并且重新設(shè)計(jì)，以流程為中心整合資源，最終的目的是提升企業(yè)的效率和業(yè)績(jī)。 類似于其他一些企業(yè)，AS公司現(xiàn)在的發(fā)展遇到了瓶頸，企業(yè)的各種問題隨之暴露出來(lái)，在外部市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈殘酷的情況下，企業(yè)內(nèi)部又被機(jī)構(gòu)臃腫所累，運(yùn)營(yíng)越來(lái)越缺乏效率，業(yè)績(jī)的增長(zhǎng)也日趨變緩。而面臨如此的內(nèi)憂外患，AS公司要走出困境只能通過變革的道路，對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行全面的業(yè)務(wù)流程再造，方能化解危機(jī)。本文先通過當(dāng)今主流的方法來(lái)識(shí)別企業(yè)的主要業(yè)務(wù)流程，，比如實(shí)證分析法、文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法等，將企業(yè)里面需要進(jìn)行變革的業(yè)務(wù)流程找出，然后在業(yè)務(wù)流程再造（BPR）思想的指導(dǎo)下對(duì)這些業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行分析和根本的再設(shè)計(jì)。通過以上一系列的過程以達(dá)到企業(yè)在各個(gè)指標(biāo)要素上的提升和飛躍。 本文首先對(duì)論文的選題背景、研究的意義和方法以及業(yè)務(wù)流程再造（BPR）思想的目前國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀等。然后提出整篇文章所研究問題的理論落腳點(diǎn)，主要對(duì)BPR思想的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、特點(diǎn)以及運(yùn)用的條件和過程進(jìn)行梳理和總結(jié)，奠定文章的理論基礎(chǔ)。通過分析高端制造企業(yè)組織結(jié)構(gòu)變革研究的必要性引出本文的研究對(duì)象AS公司，在分析了AS公司現(xiàn)狀后分析了AS公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)流程。經(jīng)過AS公司核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再設(shè)計(jì)。將核心業(yè)務(wù)流程按照BPR的思想進(jìn)行了根本的思考和再設(shè)計(jì)。本文的論證過程和結(jié)論可以為今后相似問題的研究者提供一些借鑒。
[Abstract]:The market environment promotes the change of management mode. The idea of business process reengineering is born under the market environment which is complex and changeable, changing with each passing day and fierce competition. As a kind of thought which can adapt well to the environment and solve the problems of enterprises quickly and efficiently, it is quickly accepted by everyone and becomes an important management theory and practice method. The central idea of business process reengineering (BPR) is to rethink and redesign the whole business process and integrate resources with the process as the center. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficiency and performance of the enterprise. Similar to some other enterprises, the current development of as Company has encountered bottlenecks, and various problems of the enterprise have been exposed. Under the fierce and cruel competition in the external market, the internal enterprise is also tired by the bloated organization, and the operation is becoming more and more inefficient. Growth in performance is also slowing. In the face of such internal and external troubles, the company can only solve the crisis by reforming the business process and reengineering the business process. In this paper, we first identify the main business processes of enterprises, such as empirical analysis, literature survey and so on, to identify the business processes that need to be changed in enterprises. Then, under the guidance of BPR (BPR), these business processes are analyzed and redesigned. Through the above series of processes to achieve the enterprise in each index element of the promotion and leap. In this paper, the background of this paper, the significance and methods of the research, and the current domestic and foreign research status of BPR (BPR). Then it puts forward the theoretical foothold of the whole paper, mainly combing and summarizing the emergence, development, characteristics, application conditions and process of BPR thought, and laying the theoretical foundation of the article. By analyzing the necessity of the research on the organizational structure change of high-end manufacturing enterprises, the research object of this paper is as Company. After analyzing the current situation of as Company, the core business process of as Company is analyzed. After as company core business process redesign. The core business process is considered and redesigned in accordance with the idea of BPR. The argumentation process and conclusion of this paper can be used for reference by researchers of similar problems in the future.
