貴州綠塘煤礦人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及對策研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一資源是人力資源。人才是人力資源的組成的重要部分,是企業(yè)發(fā)展中十分重要的戰(zhàn)略性資源。企業(yè)是由人組成的綜合體,有人則企,無人則止,能持續(xù)聚集和不斷造就高素質(zhì)人才的企業(yè)一定是一個成功的企業(yè)。積極的培養(yǎng)人力資源,可以使企業(yè)增強生產(chǎn)力和競爭力;可以使職工獲得更高生活工作質(zhì)量和生活舒適度。面對市場化經(jīng)濟帶來的機遇和挑戰(zhàn),必須注重人力資源的管理和職綜合工素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),實現(xiàn)企業(yè)價值的持續(xù)增長,為地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供動力。 新的形勢下,煤炭企業(yè)如何尋找合適的發(fā)展模式?如何保持自己的競爭優(yōu)勢?最重要的是觀念,關(guān)鍵在于煤炭企業(yè)人力資源的管理、開發(fā)和使用。重視和大力推動煤炭企業(yè)人力資源管理的實踐和研究,是企業(yè)的當務(wù)之急。 本文根據(jù)煤炭企業(yè)分布的特性,首先指出煤炭企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)的重要性和必要性,在對當前所研究綠塘煤礦人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,通過研究煤炭企業(yè)人力源管理基本特征以及綠塘煤礦管理的現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)階段問題入手,全面剖析綠塘煤礦人力資源管理開發(fā)過程中存在的問題和內(nèi)因,研究得出綠塘煤礦人力資源管理方法中存在的不足,并針對這些不足,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代企業(yè)制度對煤炭企業(yè)人力資源管理要求和先進的人力資源管理理念為研究基礎(chǔ),闡明煤炭企業(yè)人力資源管理開發(fā)中應(yīng)遵循的原則,來分析解決綠塘煤礦人力資源管理中存在的問題,提出了綠塘煤礦在人力資源管理方面應(yīng)該采取的具體對策,真正樹立“以人為本”的管理理念,創(chuàng)新企業(yè)人力資源管理新模式,促進人力資源得培養(yǎng),加快企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā),制定并實施符合企業(yè)實際情況的人力資源規(guī)劃,進一步改變企業(yè)內(nèi)部人力資源管理思路和方法。對綠塘煤礦實施新提出的人力資源管理中的人才多樣化、培養(yǎng)企業(yè)文化、績效管理、薪酬管理等措施對企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的積極影響也進行了詳細的論述。文章最后得出針對綠塘煤礦人力資源管理論文的研究,對企業(yè)的發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟效益的實現(xiàn)都起到了積極的推動作用,并指出論文研究中存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:The first resource of enterprise development is human resources. Talent is an important part of the composition of human resources. It is a very important strategic resource in the development of enterprises. Enterprises are composed of people, others are enterprises and no one is no one. Enterprises that can continue to gather and constantly bring up high quality talents must be a successful enterprise. The human resources can make the enterprise strengthen the productivity and competitiveness, and make the workers get higher quality of life and life comfort. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the market economy, we must pay attention to the management of human resources and the cultivation of the quality of the comprehensive job, realize the continuous growth of the value of the enterprise, and provide the power for the development of the local economy.
In the new situation, how do coal enterprises find the appropriate development mode? How to maintain their competitive advantage? The most important thing is the concept, the key lies in the management, development and use of the human resources of coal enterprises. It is the urgent task of the enterprise to attach great importance to and vigorously promote the practice and research of the human resource management of coal enterprises.
According to the characteristics of the distribution of coal enterprises, this paper first points out the importance and necessity of the development of human resources in coal enterprises. On the basis of the current research on the present situation of human resource management in green pond coal mine, the basic characteristics of the human resource management of coal enterprises and the present situation of the management of green pond coal mine are studied, starting with the present problems. The existing problems and internal causes in the process of human resource management and development in green pond coal mine are thoroughly analyzed, and the deficiencies in the methods of human resource management in green pond coal mine are studied. In view of these shortcomings, the coal enterprise human resource management requirements and advanced human resource management ideas are studied based on the modern enterprise system, and the coal is clarified. The principles should be followed in the development of human resource management to analyze and solve the existing problems in the management of human resources in the green pond coal mine, and put forward the specific countermeasures that should be taken in the management of human resources in the green pond coal mine, truly establish the "people-oriented" management concept, innovate the new model of human resource management in the enterprise, and promote the human resources. Training, speeding up the development of human resources, formulating and implementing human resource planning in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and further changing the ideas and methods of human resource management in the enterprise. At the end of this paper, the paper studies the paper on the management of human resources in green pond coal mine, which has played a positive role in promoting the development of enterprises and the realization of economic benefits, and points out the shortcomings in the study of the paper.
