貴州綠塘煤礦人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀及對策研究
[Abstract]:The first resource of enterprise development is human resources. Talent is an important part of the composition of human resources. It is a very important strategic resource in the development of enterprises. Enterprises are composed of people, others are enterprises and no one is no one. Enterprises that can continue to gather and constantly bring up high quality talents must be a successful enterprise. The human resources can make the enterprise strengthen the productivity and competitiveness, and make the workers get higher quality of life and life comfort. Facing the opportunities and challenges brought by the market economy, we must pay attention to the management of human resources and the cultivation of the quality of the comprehensive job, realize the continuous growth of the value of the enterprise, and provide the power for the development of the local economy.
In the new situation, how do coal enterprises find the appropriate development mode? How to maintain their competitive advantage? The most important thing is the concept, the key lies in the management, development and use of the human resources of coal enterprises. It is the urgent task of the enterprise to attach great importance to and vigorously promote the practice and research of the human resource management of coal enterprises.
According to the characteristics of the distribution of coal enterprises, this paper first points out the importance and necessity of the development of human resources in coal enterprises. On the basis of the current research on the present situation of human resource management in green pond coal mine, the basic characteristics of the human resource management of coal enterprises and the present situation of the management of green pond coal mine are studied, starting with the present problems. The existing problems and internal causes in the process of human resource management and development in green pond coal mine are thoroughly analyzed, and the deficiencies in the methods of human resource management in green pond coal mine are studied. In view of these shortcomings, the coal enterprise human resource management requirements and advanced human resource management ideas are studied based on the modern enterprise system, and the coal is clarified. The principles should be followed in the development of human resource management to analyze and solve the existing problems in the management of human resources in the green pond coal mine, and put forward the specific countermeasures that should be taken in the management of human resources in the green pond coal mine, truly establish the "people-oriented" management concept, innovate the new model of human resource management in the enterprise, and promote the human resources. Training, speeding up the development of human resources, formulating and implementing human resource planning in line with the actual situation of the enterprise, and further changing the ideas and methods of human resource management in the enterprise. At the end of this paper, the paper studies the paper on the management of human resources in green pond coal mine, which has played a positive role in promoting the development of enterprises and the realization of economic benefits, and points out the shortcomings in the study of the paper.
