基于TOC的服裝企業(yè)分銷系統(tǒng)庫(kù)存控制研究
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, the management model based on a single clothing enterprise has been unable to adapt to market competition, clothing enterprises pay more and more attention to the overall development of supply chain. China is a large clothing country, because of the low entry threshold of clothing industry, many garment enterprises are in fierce competition. The only way to obtain the market competitive advantage is to implement new management methods. Clothing products belong to short life cycle products, the market demand fluctuates frequently, has the characteristic of seasonality, fashion and so on, the forecast and inventory of clothing enterprises are difficult to control. The coexistence of "high inventory and high shortage" is an urgent problem for the garment industry, but the traditional predictive supply chain model is the root of the problem. In order to change this model, garment enterprises should introduce new management ideas. Establish the management method which adapts to the present situation and the clothing product characteristic, reasonably and scientifically controls the stock. According to the problems existing in the sales terminal of garment enterprises, this paper analyzes the causes of the problems by using the focusing five-step method of TOC, and puts forward the solution measures based on the idea of TOC: to establish the central warehouse, to carry out the method of drawing restocking, Implement inventory dynamic buffer management, build information platform. This paper analyzes the drawing restocking flow of garment enterprises and how the dynamic buffer management of inventory based on TOC runs in the distribution system of garment enterprises with the help of sales data. According to the structure of inventory cost of garment enterprises, the inventory cost models of retailers, distributors and producers of distribution system under non-TOC mode and TOC mode are established. Combined with the market demand of the end consumers provided by a clothing company, the total inventory cost under the two modes is compared. Through comparison, it is found that the order fulfillment rate of retailers, distributors and producers in clothing distribution system under TOC mode is much higher than that in non-TOC mode, and the total inventory cost is smaller than the inventory cost under non-TOC mode. The feasibility and advantage of TOC management thought are explained.
