離散制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化

【摘要】:隨著全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)程的加速,離散制造企業(yè)之間的競爭也更為激烈,如何降低產(chǎn)品成本成為企業(yè)在競爭中取得領(lǐng)先的關(guān)鍵因素。制造企業(yè)為了讓生產(chǎn)成本降低,應(yīng)該恰當(dāng)配置物流資源,建設(shè)適宜的物流工程。大多數(shù)的物流系統(tǒng)是自然形成的,因而在其可靠性、協(xié)調(diào)性、合理性以及是否最優(yōu)上難以得到保證。如何降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,同時提高設(shè)施設(shè)備利用率是生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化所必須考慮的問題。 針對離散制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)所存在的種種問題,考慮到目前常用方法的局限性,本文提出一套新的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方法。 首先,根據(jù)生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)階段性特點,將其分解為原材料配送系統(tǒng)、在制品搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)、產(chǎn)成品搬運(yùn)系統(tǒng)以及廢料回收系統(tǒng)。 其次,分布優(yōu)化。將不同的子系統(tǒng)分別從物料分析,,配送單元確定,配送工具選擇以及配送路線選擇等方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。在優(yōu)化的過程中,對于不同的物料采取不同的配送方式及配送工具,以及配送線路優(yōu)化使用不同的算法:重量大、體積大、數(shù)量少的物料采用直送工位式配送方式,其線路優(yōu)化使用最短路方法;重量小,體積小,數(shù)量多的物料采用分送式配送方式,其線路優(yōu)化使用節(jié)約里程法。 以大型箱體生產(chǎn)企業(yè)A作為研究對象,將提出的生產(chǎn)物流配送系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化方法應(yīng)用到實際生產(chǎn)中,針對不同的子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。 最后,通過對研究案例的取得的效果進(jìn)行評價,驗證該方法在實際生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)改善中的科學(xué)性及可行性,對于離散制造企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化具有一定的參考價值和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of global economic process, the competition among discrete manufacturing enterprises is becoming more fierce. How to reduce the cost of products becomes the key factor for enterprises to get ahead in the competition. In order to reduce production cost, manufacturing enterprises should allocate logistics resources properly and construct suitable logistics engineering. Most logistics systems are naturally formed, so it is difficult to ensure their reliability, coordination, rationality and optimization. How to reduce the cost of production, improve the efficiency of production, and improve the utilization of facilities and equipment is the problem that must be considered in the optimization of production logistics system. In view of the various problems existing in the production logistics system of discrete manufacturing enterprises and considering the limitations of the current commonly used methods, this paper proposes a new optimization method for production logistics system. Firstly, according to the stage characteristics of the production logistics system, it is decomposed into the raw material distribution system, the in-process handling system, the finished product handling system and the waste recovery system. Secondly, distribution optimization. Different subsystems are optimized from material analysis, distribution unit determination, distribution tool selection and distribution route selection. In the process of optimization, different distribution methods and tools are adopted for different materials, and different algorithms are used for the optimization of distribution routes. The shortest path method is used for the route optimization, the distribution method is used for the material with small weight, small volume and large quantity, and the mileage saving method is used for the route optimization. Taking the large box production enterprise A as the research object, the optimization method of the production logistics distribution system is applied to the actual production, and the optimization for different subsystems is carried out. Finally, through the evaluation of the effect of the case study, it is proved that the method is scientific and feasible in the improvement of the actual production logistics system. It has certain reference value and guiding significance for the optimization of production logistics system of discrete manufacturing enterprises.
