基于管理有效性的DR煤礦掘進(jìn)隊(duì)績效評價(jià)研究
[Abstract]:As the largest state-owned enterprise in Heilongjiang province, the abuse of extensive management mode in coal market gradually appears. This year, when the group's new team was set up, it put the strengthening of management at the top of its work, requiring all grass-roots units to run enterprises scientifically in a modern way, to implement fair and serious assessment measures, to play a performance-oriented role, and to promote enterprise reform to overcome difficulties. For this reason, the content of this paper has profound practical value. The current performance evaluation of Longmei Group is still based on the planned economy management assessment method in the 1980s. The evaluation method is too simple and one-sided, and the evaluation results of the excavation units are often affected by complex basic conditions. This results in the emphasis on measuring the performance output under the objective production conditions and neglecting the working effort of the managers in this basic environment. The evaluation results can not meet the urgent needs of current enterprise development. This paper first points out the background, purpose and significance of the topic, and then describes the performance evaluation theory related to the coal industry at home and abroad, and enumerates some domestic research achievements of the performance evaluation methods of coal enterprises. Taking Dr Coal Mine tunneling team of Longmei Group as an example, this paper briefly introduces the present situation of performance management of the team, and points out four deficiencies in the performance evaluation of this enterprise. Then the concept of management effectiveness is introduced and the performance evaluation index system of tunneling team is constructed with the help of AHP. The evaluation model of coal mining tunneling production unit based on management effectiveness is studied and constructed emphatically by using DEA evaluation model. Finally, the real data of 11 tunneling teams are used to analyze the results of the performance evaluation model. Through careful analysis and evaluation results, this performance evaluation method is aimed at eliminating the difference of objective conditions between different driving teams in coal mine. This paper evaluates and evaluates the subjective and effective efforts made by the underground tunneling production managers in coal mine enterprises to improve the production performance by using the metrological method. Therefore, it provides a realistic theoretical reference for China's coal mine enterprises to strengthen performance management.
