【摘要】：本文以我國26個(gè)兩位數(shù)工業(yè)行業(yè)1993-2010年分地區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了我國工業(yè)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同情況以及導(dǎo)致其產(chǎn)生的影響因素。首先,梳理總結(jié)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同等概念加以定義,并界定文章的研究對(duì)象及范圍。同時(shí)還回顧了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)理論中的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演變理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整理論,為下文的分析奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,從區(qū)域角度出發(fā),采用結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù),分別測度全國、東中西部、各個(gè)省份工業(yè)整體的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相似度。結(jié)果表明：全國及東中西部的結(jié)構(gòu)相似系數(shù)總體上呈U型的,也就是說不管是全國還是東、中、西部內(nèi)部,都是存在工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同現(xiàn)象的。從質(zhì)量角度出發(fā),將所有產(chǎn)業(yè)劃分為高中低技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè),并計(jì)算各區(qū)域三個(gè)類型產(chǎn)業(yè)上的產(chǎn)值份額。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在全國水平上,高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值比重和低技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)值比重都在增加,可見我國工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)已經(jīng)朝著高技術(shù)的方向變遷,但是還有待于進(jìn)一步的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。 再次,將經(jīng)濟(jì)增長領(lǐng)域中普遍使用的α收斂及β收斂引入產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同檢驗(yàn)中,同時(shí)本文還將α收斂分為一般性趨同和單一地區(qū)特殊化趨同,以檢測壟斷的持續(xù)存在。在α趨同檢驗(yàn)中,結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的產(chǎn)業(yè)為：石油和天然氣開采業(yè)、非金屬礦采選業(yè)、飲料制造業(yè)、煙草制品業(yè)、紡織業(yè)、黑色金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè),從整體上看這些行業(yè)在β趨同檢驗(yàn)中也是趨同的。出現(xiàn)單一地區(qū)特殊化趨同現(xiàn)象的行業(yè)有：食品制造業(yè)、化學(xué)纖維制造業(yè)、非金屬礦物制品業(yè)、專業(yè)設(shè)備制造業(yè),這些行業(yè)存在壟斷在加劇。 最后,采用橫截面回歸對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同有重要影響的因素有：石油、天然氣、金屬礦等資源稟賦、市場化程度、國際化程度、地方保護(hù)主義、區(qū)位。為了客觀的分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)趨同的影響,本文還將結(jié)構(gòu)趨同劃分為合意性趨同和非合意性趨同,并分別探討了它們的正面影響和負(fù)面影響。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of 26 double-digit industrial industries in China from 1993 to 2010, this paper empirically tests the convergence of industrial structure in China's industrial regions and the influencing factors. First of all, it summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad, defines the concept of convergence of regional industrial structure, and defines the research object and scope of the article. At the same time, it reviews the theory of industrial structure evolution and industrial structure adjustment in the theory of industrial structure, which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the following analysis. Secondly, from the regional point of view, structural similarity coefficient is used to measure the industrial structure similarity of the whole industry in the whole country, east, west and west, and every province. The results show that the structural similarity coefficients of the whole country, the east, the middle and the west are U-shaped, that is to say, there exists the phenomenon of industrial structure convergence in the whole country, the east, the middle and the west. From the point of view of quality, all industries are divided into high, middle and low technology industries, and the output value shares of three types of industries in each region are calculated. It is found that the proportion of the output value of the high-tech industry and the proportion of the output value of the low-technology industry are increasing at the national level. It can be seen that the industrial structure of our country has changed towards the direction of high technology, but it still needs to be further optimized and upgraded. Thirdly, 偽 convergence and 尾 convergence, which are widely used in the field of economic growth, are introduced into the industrial structure convergence test. At the same time, the 偽 convergence is divided into general convergence and single region special convergence to detect the persistence of monopoly. In the alpha convergence test, the industries with similar structure are: oil and gas mining, non-metal mining and separation, beverage manufacturing, tobacco products, textiles, ferrous metal smelting and calender processing, On the whole, these industries in the beta-convergence test is also convergent. Industries with a single regional specialization convergence include food manufacturing, chemical fiber manufacturing, nonmetallic mineral products, and specialized equipment manufacturing, where monopolies are intensifying. Finally, the paper analyzes the influencing factors of regional industrial structure convergence by cross-section regression. The results show that the factors that have important influence on structural convergence are: oil, natural gas, metal ore resources endowment, marketization degree, internationalization degree, etc. Local protectionism, location. In order to analyze the influence of industrial structure convergence objectively, this paper also divides the structure convergence into two categories: the consensus and the non-consensus, and discusses their positive and negative effects respectively.
